Simple and Great
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a great platform to send notifications through one dashboard. It has the most incredible speed to send information, and information can be sent to multiple users by our admin team. Push notification is excellent. It has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page takes a little longer to load. It has only English language support. Some more features are also needed to include. Other than that, there are no issues and nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has the benefits of getting user analytics and feedback. Sending notifications to our clients and our organization's internal team has been streamlined and fully automated. It is excellent in broadening our market reach.

The best thing about the OneSignal interface is user friendly. Even the new user can easily explore\understand the features easily.

Sometimes it is not providing the updated real-time user analysis report.

Before using the OneSignal, we have faced issues on getting the real-time report of user's interactions.But OneSignal helped us to overcome the issue by providing the analysis report. deployment of the tool is simple and straightforward

The best features of OneSignal it's web push notification and mobile push notification . It helped us to reach out to be more audience.

Improvement is needed on the integration feature.

OneSignal helped us to overcome several problems which were faced earlier, like we were not able to send multiple notifications on single time,but after using OneSignal, we were able to achieve this.

What do you like best about the product?
A very nice and straight forward tool. Very easy and accesible even if you are not familiar with these kinds of environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I am happy to work with OneSignal. Sometimes scheduling is a little problem but we fix it easily.

One signal is easy to use and messages can be customised easily. I can send emojis and smileys and also set time to my messages to be delivered.

performance tracking can be made better, rest it is quite good.

Managing the notifications report can be a bit of a task sometimes as they are real-time reports. So when the volume is massive, OneSignal can offer a feature to manage real-time reports better.
