Great service and price
What do you like best about the product?
We need to send many push notifications to our users as fast as possible. OneSignal does the job almost flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Messages could arrive a little faster, but it's hard to find out where the delay comes from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I alert my users on mobile applications. It's easy with the provided API.
A great platform to manage subscribers of your website
What do you like best about the product?
Great chances of sending quality traffic to your website. It offers multiple platforms such as email, mobile push for both web and mobile applications. It is certainly a wise choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the Iphone IOS platform with webpush. I have been using it and I can't get my notifications to show on these devices. I am sure that the appropriate system will be implemented to be able to show this type of web-push notifications for the apple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has made us increase traffic significantly. In addition to being able to connect with your public in a closer way. Without a doubt, it is a tool that every webmaster should have in their projects. For us it has become essential.

To all those who want to see an increase in their traffic, with quality visitors since they are people who have been to your website and like your content. This tool is undoubtedly the best ally to increase your community of subscribers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, many options, and API available for many different types of interactions. We used internally with other applications to send notifications for different actions the user makes on the app and other channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't feel i dislike many things about it, maybe there is not enough API for everything and when you deeply interact with this tool you get into this kind of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Externalizing push messages and using in-app messages are the biggest functionalities that we use everyday, segmented messaging works and we have control over which messages are sent to every user.

What do you like best about the product?
I used in my project OneSignal for messaging after Mixpanel ended supporting this service and the customer service was great helping us with the migration. The tool is really easy to use and I would recommend it

I feel a little confusing how user segments are distributed, I feel hard to filter users by some properties I might need to segment. I was looking for something like Mixpanel had where users can be filtered by any property

I am solving the need I have for sending broadcast messages for every user in my application. I wanted to have a way for sending push notification messages to my users

Easy integration with existing products, either standard CMS like Wordpress or custom made apps

Web dashboard is a little bit too "light" and lacking of some useful information

Broad comunication with our clients as we all know that mail open rate is not great nowadays. Push com is the easiest way to transmit a message.

It's a good product and if gives what it offers. A little bit pricey but worth it.

Increase the interest of recipients. It allows us to find out what people are interested in in our project and what forms of communication are effective. More people became interested in our product, and our players are more involved in our game.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of OneSignal is user friendly, easy and simple to use the tool. With the help of marketing data will be able to analyze the profits/loss percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything like disadvantages when I used the tool.

It's an ultimate tool wwho is looking to gain the large set of audience with the help of push notifications.Opportunity to do SMS marketing as well, the performance and the reliability of the software is literally brilliant
It's good but can definitely be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The UI & UX aspects of the "New Push Notification" are easy to understand and use. We don't have a specific tool for this feature. It's currently in a good position but c improved on some aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should be able to see our scheduled push notifications in "Per users timezone" For example, I scheduled a push, and it will start sending them at 11.45 AM, and it will be delivered at 4.45 PM per users time zone. In the current UI, I can't see the delivery time. It's crucial because when I want to make some changes, I always do it on the delivery time.

Push notifications are easy to schedule. UI and UX aspects are easy to understand for the newcomers in our company. Onesignal has improved our retention rates and revenue impacts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve your monitoring aspects; it's effortless to schedule a push notification in Onesignal, but monitoring the scheduled push notifications can be improved. You can use a UI like "Google Calendar" to see both delivery time and time of sending.
