Easy and convienient push management

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to run AB tests, the in-app messages feature and all the options it offers, the new journey feature and that I can check detailed data about our users through OneSignal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of users displayed on the dashboard shows all users who have ever installed our games (even if they have just opened it once 4 years ago). The in-apps could be improved as well - e.g. the buttons in vertical view could be shortened and put one next to the other, as they take up half the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the drop-out rate and increasing retention by sending automated retention notifications. I realized that push notifications have a way of making the users more engaged in our app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think OneSignal is worth considering if you want to manage your push notifications in a simple and organized manner and receive a great amount of support from the OS team

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is clear and intuitive, with a clean design which helps train users fast and get them producing content immediately. The options around scheduling and sending (particularly Intelligent Delivery) are comprehensive and extremely useful when used alongside the Segmentation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increasingly the platform is unavailable due to server problems and errors have been a relatively consistent complaint from editorial teams. Particularly in the busier parts of the year this can really throw off plans and significantly reduces our ability to drive immediate traffic to content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to deliver key content to users extremely quickly and help build initial interest in articles in a more immediate, personal way - free from the influence of social or search engine algorithms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore options around custom subscription prompting and data tagging in order to fully utilise the capabilities of the Segmentation tools, which can be a little lacklustre without proper development resource.

What do you like best about the product?
I have requested support as I wasn't sure how to create a few segments and Jenna has been fantastic. She created the segment I needed and sent me the 1-4 steps on how I can do this myself. She was clear and concise and followed up on my reply. I have been impressed with her knowledge skills and willigness to help.

Any company would be lucky to have her!

The system has some limitations so make sure that what your business needs Onesignal can offer

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, reliable, and has a good success rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to find a message by user device and this is a hindrance when we try to identify a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use onesignal to send pushs to improve the communication with our user.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the UI is great but sometimes too simple. Setting up sends is straightforward and can be easily taught to others. I think this is on par with competitive platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is ambiguous, the UI doesn't consolidate messages triggered by the API under a single definition. They all could be put under one definition to make tracking campaigns easier. Throttling Vs Intelligent Delivery cannot be used at the same time and it is not easy to switch between the 2 depending on the spec of the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate via push while our preferred platform is making improvements to support the language our app is written in. Triggered push communications are an excellent engagement tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use and straightforward it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the limitation on test emails. It is challenging to have a robust list of people to send tests to and get Push Notifications approved.

We use OnSignal to send our Push Notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost everything about onesignal is great. However I like it best because it is really easy to use by clients who didn't have any degree in software usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I still can't figure out any dislike about signal.

Everything seems cools and kudos to the team for awesome work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Onesignal, I have been able to keep a keen track on my user acquisition and used loss with ease.

As an individual or organization who is thinking of using one signal or not, I urge you to try it out.

What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal is an easy to use tool, it is an aid to making really big task of handling push notifications and in-app messages plus user acquisition and user loss monitoring easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onesignal is really great. However, onesignal dashboard seems slow and most times, its taking lots of time to load data. If there is however a way this issue can be harnessed, it would really be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Onesignal aid, i have been able to keep a clean monitoring / tracking in my user acquisition/ user loss analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
how fast and easy to integrate with our applications,
we mostly appreciate push notifications and in-app messages,
sending notifications to all our supported platforms through one dashboard and API
What do you dislike about the product?
The most thing I personally dislike is we can't give access to the developer to integrate OneSignal with the application unless we assign him as administrator,
we don't want a freelancer or outsourced developer to have a look at the apps statistics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we engage our customers by sending recommendations of what they might be interested in, our new features, their subscription to a specific topic, trending content on the app, and new app release.

We don't get financial benefits from this service but we keep our audience engaged with the applications and informed of our services

Using OneSignal will save you a lot of time and effort and give you more time to focus on the quality of the product.
