Fast, easy, professional - the best
What do you like best about the product?
Super documentation that even a beginner will give a comprehensive answer to all his questions.
In principle, I transfer all applications to work with OneSignal. the following reasons:
1.100% delivery
2.the ability to work with the GUI (for inexperienced users or small projects this is very important)
3.A wide range of filtering and reporting
Yes, everything is cool ... too much writing is also unnecessary - just register and use

Practically not ... well, maybe not very convenient quick editing of test groups

1. 100% delivery

Straight forward api documentation and 100% uptime experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast integration and we have had excellent support and uptime from onesignal
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides to onesignal. I can mention I personally struggle to find messages sent via the API easily and track more metrics from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer 'real time' notifications

Give it a try at least, as the integration is so easy and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate One Signal with each platform, but also user-friendly to non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that this tool works so well that you will hit the limits soon and want access to more options.

The problem we solved using one signal was to connect with our app and websites users directly instead of on depending social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While testing other similar providers, One Signals seems to be the best option for what we want to accomplish.

The possibility of sending unlimited push notifications for free. Also, the options of segmentation and delivery are pretty great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. It's extremely pricey especially if you have many users on your account. Most of the data-related features are exclusive for paying accounts too...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging and maintaining the retention of my users. However, I can't measure accurately the benefits of it due to the data being available only for paying accounts.

The availability of API was very useful and working consistenly.

Sometimes the service has issues and the status page is not always updated

Nothing in particular, the initial tier is free, but as you grow your app, the pricing is somewhat high. The free plan has some limitations but its totally worth it
