What do you like best about the product?

I am the program head of Coursera at my university and a professor. I’ve witnessed how Coursera has been transforming education. It offers a wide variety of courses that align with our academic goals by helping students develop skills for the modern workforce. The flexibility of learning helped our curriculum. Coursera’s professional certifications add a lot of value to students' portfolios. The collaborative features of the platform allow tracking students' progress and offer required guidance!

What do you dislike about the product?

Coursera can consider revising the pricing structure for educational institutions, especially considering the large groups of students. Tracking and analytics, at times, lack depth in areas such as engagement metrics, which are vital for customising support to students who may require extra guidance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coursera provides high-quality courses that align with industry standards and requirements. This helps our university by allowing students to gain certifications to improve their employability. Coursera's analytics tools help track the progress of students and allow us to offer customised support where necessary. The extensive catalog of courses helps us to integrate diverse subjects into our curriculum, ensuring an overall education for our students.
