    Staffing and Recruiting

Simple yet powerful analytics platform

  • July 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
PostHog setup and out-of-the-box offering is amazing! Their free plan allow you to play around and really understand the platform before committing to a plan and even so, their limits are so generous that on a small to medium size app you won't reach their paid tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
PostHog WebUI is not the best, it's confusing for non-tech people and finding the right place to visualiza metric can be improved. Their SDK are really good and helpful but I would ask for improved Typescript types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytic tracking across a AI native product

PostHog is actually the best.

  • July 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does PostHog build a great product, but they seemingly care about their users. They are constantly pushing new features and sharing the good news. The app feels very alive and well.

They make integration very easy as well, especially if you know how to code or Vibe code.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-dev, sometimes it gets a little confusing navigating the app, but I am figuring it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how my users are interacting with my app.

Product analytics that work at any level, plus session recordings

  • July 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use PostHog for just about anything: session recordings, product metrics, even deep querying of our data with their SQL builder. What's really neat is that you can annotate metrics on your timeline with different events: a version release, a bug, a marketing campaign. This helps you keep track of every change in velocity, like "why is our churn suddenly going up?"
What do you dislike about the product?
While the session replay is super useful to help identify the root cause of bugs in addition to product feedback/UX analysis, I wouldn't say PostHog should replace a proper monitoring solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session replay for product/UX analysis and investigating bugs. Great product metrics visualisation for figuring out exactly what's helper our user base grow, and why do people churn.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things, where to start?
Very generous free tier, easy to view and setup events & insights on the dashboard, the number of features included in the free tier is staggering.

I was shocked that Session Replays and Surveys were also included. These features are fantastic! I also love the design & look and feel of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides! Setting it up in my project was very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand, not just traffic to my site, but also how people use my site. It has helped me identify and fix confusing UI decisions (Session Replay) and also collect feedback (Surveys).
