Session replay is my dream product.
What do you like best about the product?
The main feature I like the most is Session replays.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that has been annoying so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i had no idea how my users used my product. now I can see their mouse movements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Ive strugged implementing and making good use of other analytics software. With Posthog it was incredibly easy to implement and start digging into the details of how people use my app

With the raw amount of features, The top level navigation can be a tad overwhelming on where to start/go for what im looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The direct user feedback and recordings have allowed met to narrow down on what features my users actually use and improve upon them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to debug user issues without needing to ask them what steps they wen through to have a bug. It also is helping us better understand how users use our website.
The perfect tool for data driven teams.
What do you like best about the product?
There are two main reasons I love PosHog. The first one is the UI and UX itself, their docs, their interface and implementation is incredible. That being said their incredible amount of features makes PostHog the best tool for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that sometimes it can get messy. I would love to have more content that would teach the best practices or even and AI that can help users find the best implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog is helping us understand users interactions with our products thus we can have clear knowledge and understand meant how we can optimize our products.

The session recording feature gave us the feedback loop we needed. Let's us log in a see the sessions for the day. Or if a user has an issue, we can see what caused it

A lot of tools in posthog, most of which i don't need yet at my size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session recording is amazing. It creates transparency between me and the user. It finally gives us the feedback loop we need to create a great product.
Posthog made analytics for my projects easy
What do you like best about the product?
the simple integration with multiple frameworks , i mostly use nextjs and its so simple to use posthog with it just 4-5 lines of code and boom you have analytics in your app. And the freee plan is so considerate gives alot of analytics so i love it

nothing much tbh , the price is nice , the features offered are W too

So i understand how much trafic im getting and from where so i can focus their on marketting + The session replays let me know how should i improve the overall ux ui of my app

It helps easily visualize large amounts of data without charging an arm and a leg.

A slight performance decrease when using session recording and heat maps

A lot of features. That's not really a bad thing. Just another tool to work with and find the right settings

The best thing about PostHog is its pricing—no other competitor comes close. The affordability, combined with its robust feature set, makes it an excellent choice for analytics.
Additionally, the YouTube channel has been incredibly helpful. It provided solutions to all the initial challenges I faced when getting started, making the onboarding process smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be clearer in some areas to improve the developer experience.
A feature to delete groups directly from the PostHog dashboard would reduce friction and minimize the need to reach out to support.
Increasing the number of groups would be a valuable enhancement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the midst of launching our updated B2B website. The major issue with the previous version was the lack of analytics and no way to identify issues on an end-user's device.
PostHog’s session replay and analytics have been invaluable in helping us debug user issues efficiently. Additionally, its seamless integration with Sentry makes it a one-stop dashboard for monitoring and troubleshooting.
I’m confident that after our launch, PostHog will continue to provide valuable insights into user behavior and help us proactively address any challenges.
