What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup and how many options there are!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is cool looking but I got lost a few times.

Mainly the session replay.
An all in one SaaS for product teams
What do you like best about the product?
It includes product analytics, web analytics, session recordings, surveys, feature flags, and more in the same tool.
All of the tools work as expected and pricing is very competitive.
Integration is straightforward, the tool is easy to use and on top of that documentation is very comprehensive

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features from other tools are still missing. For example, it would be great to be able to send surveys via email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of a product team, we need to be able to see user recordings, to track events, to do A/B testings and surveys.
We used to have a different solution for each of those problems and PostHog solves all of them in a simple, straightforward and effective way.

Incredibly easy to set up. I was able to set it up and get data almost immediately about the visitors to my site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Posthog at this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding who is visiting our sites and how they use them
Really nice experience. I love using this tool everyday.
What do you like best about the product?
UI / UX. Easy to integrate. Really complete. Can be used totally free (the freemium plan is insane)
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to many features displayed for a new user. Can be difficult to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User analytics / Sessions replays
Simple to use tool to get all the Analytics we need
What do you like best about the product?
Posthog has been a simple to use and easy to understand tool to help us get analytics on customer behaviour and run A/B experiments for our billing options. I really like that we can do heatmaps, events, and other standard analytics across web, mobile & backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to pull in data from billing platforms like Stripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us run A/B experiments easily, helping us marry up analytics across web & mobile and get insights into where our users are, and what biling options they're choosing as well and finding friction in our funnels with replays. It also has a great free plan!
Good framework but weak feature flags for mobile
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics feature is quite powerful, nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need posthog for feature flag on mobile but it's too weak compared to firebase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a powerful feature flag integrated with analytics
Most Userfriendly, but Lacks some features which competitors has
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about PostHog is their user friendly UI, it's so easy to get started on their platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Posthog is that, they don't have the option to view user's session replay in realtime.
I have used Highlight.io in past, and they do have that feature, we can litreally see user clicks and their screen in realtime.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posthog helps us find the causes of weird and unexpected bugs that our users report.
Very Beginner Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can get it up and running in minutes. It's very user friendly and I never once felt intimidated. We had it set up in under an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I would like some more support if possible on recommended events to use for their template dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog is solving the problem of lack of visibility on how our users use our product. With PostHog, we are able to see a detailed analysis of what our users are doing and what we need to be working on.
Super seamless amongst all analytics platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The generous free tier with straightforward pricing is extremely easy to create adoption and sell the tool internally
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot yet, groups should be a default feature;
Filtering on shared dashboards would also be a requirement instead of having to speak to sales.
Filtering on shared dashboards would also be a requirement instead of having to speak to sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track product usage while also easily sharing usage metrics with our clients; helps with clarity on usage based pricing;
Feature complete, easy to use and good pricing model
What do you like best about the product?
Posthog offers all the good things you need building a SaaS: analytics, recordings, feature flags and more. Recordings are very useful for me as I am building a 0 to 1 product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is often the place where companies need improvement, so I'd suggest always improving that (but I don't see this as a "dislike" right now)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording is often expensive and their price model is very generous
