Amazing product analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
PostHog is a feature rich product analytics platform. It is super simple to integrate and has an intuitive user interface. It also have an extremely generous free tier. I highly recommend taking a look at PostHog for your web product analytics needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't let its animated mascot fool you. PostHog is an extremely versatile product analytics platform despite its somewhat unconventional web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I get A/B testing and Session Replay for free when I integrate with PostHog for its product analytics. The SDKs are dead simple to use.

Sometimes is a bit slow loading data. I would like a feedback/report like hotjar in my web

Loading dashboards is sometimes slow for very low data.

What do you like best about the product?
PostHog offers powerful analytics capabilities that allow you to gather detailed insights into user behavior without compromising on privacy. This makes it especially appealing in today’s privacy-conscious market. The platform supports feature flags and A/B testing, which are crucial for running experiments and rolling out new features in a controlled and reversible manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given its extensive range of features and capabilities, new users may find PostHog somewhat complex to set up and navigate initially. This complexity can be especially challenging for teams without a dedicated technical resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PostHog, we can track and analyze how users interact with their products in real-time. This deep understanding enables companies to make data-driven decisions that improve the user experience and potentially increase conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete suite from visitors, sessions, A/B testing and more. This was an important decision to choose Posthog
What do you dislike about the product?
A more understanding on alerts in the sessions will be very helpful, currently have to review manually.

User analytics and usage metrics. Helps in taking better decisions on how to make the product better and metrics for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Today, PostHog helps us view the replays of our users’ sessions. We are testing the analytics feature to replace Mixpanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team didn’t like the aesthetics. Honestly, it’s not that important because everything works, except for the account image upload, but that’s irrelevant… everything seems to be in its place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the actions our users take to provide better support. We are also interested in knowing the events that happen in our application, so we will continue improving our product area.
Very extensive developer first product insights
What do you like best about the product?
The developer friendly approach and ability to track almost anything. What's also great is the autocapture feature so you can gain insight in events that you didn't think about tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is a bit confusing. And the terminology between events, autocapture, etc. could be better explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing events across our website both client and server side.

PostHog has been very simple to use, easy to integrate with out code base and easily adds product analysis and session replays.

I disliked very little, it offers so much I have yet to explore.
