What do you like best about the product?
Packed with features, easy to use
Generous plans
Easy framework and API integration
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know there's no iOS support yet for session replay
The UI is nice but somethimes it just gets in the way of simple setup / config screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session replay, tracking user trend, analytics for user trends

What do you like best about the product?
Its a one stop solution for the user behaviour trackings. There are different features that make it usable over other tools. The pricing is very competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surveys are not as much customisable as they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to view all the session replays which helps our team in making better product/design decisions. It also helps in debugging the issues with the UX.

A positive point of posthog is that it charges per use and is not fixed.

The response time of feature flags compared to other tools

What do you like best about the product?
User retention metrics that helped me a lot in the analysis of user behavior. Getting replays of the user sessions helps my developers in solving the bugs. It helped me in generating good presentations for investors. Analytics from PostHog helped me in creating user interaction with my app. Great product, already referred two people to use PostHog, and they have also integrated it into their own app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little complexity, but creating flow can be made intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session replay helper in development encountering bugs and resolving them

What do you like best about the product?
We were having trouble understanding how a few select users were having trouble with our app. With Posthog were were able to follow along with what they were doing, and address the overall UX issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The userdashbord is intimidating at first and can take some time to understand how to use all the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining a better understanding to how users are using our app.

What do you like best about the product?
Posthog lets me put everything analytics and featureflag wise in one place which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have live session replays like clarity.
I'd like for the docs to be more unified as they seem a little bit scattered (especially around http) as I had to go from the forum then back to the main docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It decreases tech debt and lets me see everything together

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics is an absolute breeze to integrate, and having events autocaptured takes away a lot of the stress of having to manage events manually. Implementing feature flags easily was also a huge win, and encourages good practices about having small code pushes to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial dashboards can be a little overwhelming when first getting started, and I would've appreciated a quick overview of how things all flow together like events, actions, insights, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making analytics very easy to setup really helps gain insight into our product usage.

What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to setup and run it, one of the easiest ways to a/b test, you can even self host it
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a little bit daunting, start free and then you get massive bill. Self hosting doesn't have all the features
