At present there is no anything which I lacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can understand our real user's issues by session recording.
A great insights tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install and add to my Wordpress installation. I started getting insights immediately. It's been more helpful in tracking users and their behavior than Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to perform so "manual" work to add this to Wordpress. Having a plugin to automatically install the tracking scripts to my Wordpress instance would have been more helpful.
This adds initial loading time to my site, having a way to ideally defer loading of the scripts until later would help as well.

Great developer experience, simple to setup, good data
What do you like best about the product?
PostHog is a really good tool helping us log all user activity and recall an action a user did (or thinks he did) to help troubleshoot a problem quickly.
It also helps us have an overview of our active users across different time frames and also all our users with an option to group them and filter them without accessing the database directly.
The implementation from a developers' perspective was really easy to setup and to group users by clients. Everything worked as expected by default.
Now any employee that needs access to some data about our users can easily create his own or use an existing dashboard to see what they require.
Session replay is also really useuful to see where users are rage clicking in our app so we can improve these areas.

What do you dislike about the product?
Each user needs to have a username. You cant bind an email to be the ID, but that's a minor annoyance in semantics.
Would be nice if we could "trigger" a session replay save from the React side when something bad happens instead of recording every (or random) sessions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing all our users and grouping them by client. Solving rage click issues users are having. Filtering data to see which endpoints and the most popular etc.
Great way to get insights on the app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the funnel feature as it allows me to visualize where my customers are falling off in the onboarding flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how originally I tried the funnel, it was showing a SQL error that didn't get fixed for a few days and although I contacted CS, they originally responded saying that they would get back to me with a fix because they couldn't figure it out but then they haven't gotten back although I will say it's only been a couple of days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog is solving the problem of tracking how users engage with your website and it is benefiting me because now I get to know how users are engaging with my web app.

PostHog is analytics magic for our startup
What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we've found PostHog to be an incredibly useful and easy-to-use analytics platform. The wide range of features lets us track and analyze user behavior across our product, which provides valuable insights to guide our decision making. And the integration process has been smooth - we use several different frameworks but have had no issues implementing PostHog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much to dislike. The dashboard can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the different options and metrics, but that's probably just the learning curve of getting up to speed with such a powerful tool. The documentation is quite helpful though. Our only real complaint is that we didn't discover PostHog sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostHog has saved us a ton of time and hassle by consolidating our data and making it easy for anyone to explore. We've been able to seriously level up our analytics game - going way beyond basic pageview tracking to really understand our users. PostHog is letting us iterate faster and make smarter decisions, which is huge for our product development.
