Quick setup analytics with easy to use analysis tools built right in.
What do you like best about the product?
I don't worry about data over usage, I can engineer data into the API and my marketing/product team can analyze and help push us forward very easily. Setup took almost no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific has been disliked so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows us to see where users are making it in our product pipeline and work on problem spots to affectively get users to convert.
Posthog is pretty dang good

Easy and cheap way to get started in product analytics. This is a super solid product
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is very blocky and weird to navigate. The docs are incredible though and I find myself just googling everything instead of trying to navigate the ui
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have one hub to test all of our UI's we use launch darkly for rollouts of features on the backend but using it as a product analytics tool is very annoying. We are working on moving all features on the frontend to posthog instead.
Great features better user experience

Feature set is expansive and very relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to point out one. I feel it's well polished and detailed.

We've able to Feature Flag & A/B test features quickly and with minimal effort so that our team moves fast

I try to create a survey for each language but I cannot change the finish button text.

I want to see when my software bug, how and why. That's why the session replay is very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I like posthog's dynamic and clear setup instructions. The posthog-js react library is also very dev friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The posthog application has many features and feels a little overwhelming/crowded. I think breaking the UI into more screens with simpler functions on the screen would bring more ease of use to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posthog is allowing us to spin up new features and wrap them with a flag to release when we're confident. But the main benefit is the anaylitics and session replay, we've been able to learn about our application and make adjustments to the UI that helps keep user engagement.

How easy the integration is with an existing project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything this far that I'm unhappy with. The only thing that I think could use some extra thought would be the user journey of creating a new feature flag or any other service when you don't have any yet. It isn't clear how to get to the dashboard and that you can only access analytics etc once you've fully created a service

Were able to easily create new FF and role them out quickly and turn them on and off easily

What do you like best about the product?
Its a one stop solution for the user behaviour trackings. There are different features that make it usable over other tools. The pricing is very competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surveys are not as much customisable as they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to view all the session replays which helps our team in making better product/design decisions. It also helps in debugging the issues with the UX.
