Very healpful in making funnels to track the behavior of the users
What do you like best about the product?
WOrks well in analyzing the behavior of the users. I like how the admin has full control of the customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a online chat support whenever there are urgent issues to be addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track where the users drop-off and analyze their behavior.
The introduction was very easy, but after integrating it's not obvious how to setup basic dashboards

Frontend and backend integration. The setup and recording. Everything seems very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm lost after the first setup. It's not clear how to achieve my objectives. eg. You could provide easily available campaign statistcics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to understand where people that are fulfiling my marketing gols are comming from. I also want to understand how many people are visiting the website.

What do you like best about the product?
There is no particular thing that I like I like all the features, such as Dashboards, Insights, Live Events and Graphs. PostHog is mainly saving my time, and the tracking of Live events is beneficial for tracking the actions performed. Other than that, the Graphs are so good and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislikes about PostHog is Loading time. Apart from that, i don't have any aversion to this Product. It is very useful and helpful and saves the testing time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of my time and helps to track the Events.
We can quickly know the actions performed on the events.
Creating a Dashboard is the best thing.
Really the Insights and helping and the filter option in insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The recording feature is awesome, to add that with the heat map, i can just see what people are looking for and actually clicking, with page by page funnel.
And I can try most of those features before even starting to pay

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike, I had some bugs that got fixed and At times, it takes a lot of time to find your way around, and there are a lot of stats in front of your eyes, some of which feel un-useful, and you need some time to understand and get familiar.

I'm trying Posthog for my website.
I wondered a lot about what I should use to track stats down on my site, because many plugins and stuff that WordPress offers felt to be inaccurate, and Post hog just answered most of my needs with free way to test it

What do you like best about the product?
It is best for tracking events and it is so accurate. I like insights, recordings, and adding dashboards. Majorly it is saving our time while testing. The filter option in Insights is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislike about this product but Sometimes it is not syncing fast. Sometimes it is laggy loading, apart from this I don't have anything major dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics-related problems.
Adding a Dashboard is very useful.

PostHog at times is slow to display events

It solves analytics.
PostHog is very useful to track Live events and to check insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly I like Live events and tracking on events. Its very easy to create a Dashboard and user-friendly to use. We can see the actions performed on our applications and will get the graph.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to load, needs to work on loading time. This is the only thing i dislike about PostHog. Rest everything works fine for me as it is very useful for our work.

It solves manual handling and saves lot of our testing time. We majorly use for dynamic clicks to segregate the actions on the click and helps to track so many things.

The best thing I like About PostHog is Live events and Dashboard things, which helps to make our work easy and helps to go through the planning of work and more.

There is no such things about PostHog which I dislike, I like almost each and every option available. The one thing i can mention is time taken to load is more.

It is solving most of our manual things and helping us to get to know the usage and actions performed on the App. Overall it is very good and very friendly to use.

The screen recording view is buggy and jittery.

We have a self hosted solution. Sometimes there is an error saying that the query took too much time to execute and the whole dashboard becomes empty
