Quick setup simple solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find bBarracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup to be user friendly. The setup was simple and quick. It supports email, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The intergration took only minutes to complete. The few times I have contacted technical support they have been responcive and answered questions with in the first contact.
We are able to see the the backups with ease. I do check it routinely but never had an issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I find least helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup is finding a single file. This is specificly a problem when looking for a specific file on the most recent version when some one deleted it and doesn't know when. A search box that lists top x instances would be benificial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barraccuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup assured that our email was never lost do to a potential problem at Microsoft.
