Easy, Reliable Email Recovery and Restore for Critical Data
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use to recover and restore emails, reliability wise it works very well, we use this as a go to solution specially if there are very critical data that we need to restore, setting it up and configuring the settings are very straight forward, integrating it with M365 is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are no dislikes on the solution

Reliable Backup with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability and easy interface of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. The scheduled tasks are easy to configure, which adds to the user-friendly experience. Setting it up was very easy, which is always a plus. Using it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a backup copy of my data, mail, and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore process could be faster to respond and items easier to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to backup all my server OS and data, ensuring I have a backup copy of my data, mail, and accounts.
Effortless Backup Solution with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup really easy to set up and integrate with our current systems, which is a huge plus. It's really hands-off, so I don't have to worry about it during the day-to-day operations. It's peace of mind for our department, and that's really great. Even setting up a hardware appliance in our environment was simple and easy. Compared to unmanaged solutions we've tried in the past that required frequent attention, this managed solution is really great. Plus, getting support when we rarely need it is always great. It hasn't let us down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get some synchronization errors with the backups. It's rare, but when it happens, it's hard to tell if the backup was successful or if there was an issue with it. Even after getting the error message, it's a bit difficult to know if the backup was completed or if it affected the backup in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup moved our backup solution to the cloud, freeing up storage and reducing future costs for hardware refreshes. It's easy to set up, integrates smoothly with our systems, and provides peace of mind by being hands-off.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for its cost-effective backups and restores for various M365 components without needing on-prem hardware. The integration with my existing Barracuda backup environment is seamless. I really appreciate the ease of use and how easy it was to set up. The web interface is simple and easily understood, which made me proficient very quickly. There's no client software to install or constantly update because it's all managed by Barracuda. Overall, the initial setup was very easy, just required providing my M365 tenant information and credentials.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike or that does not work the way that I would need.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides cost-effective backups and restores for M365 components without the need for on-prem hardware, integrates with my existing Barracuda environment, and is easy to set up and manage with a simple web interface.

I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup works with minimal effort, which lets us set it up for all users and verify successful backups daily. It is easy to recover individual files, emails, or entire folder structures. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, done in just minutes. The biggest benefit is having backups of data from local devices like laptops and desktops, which were at risk before implementing Office 365 with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup ensures data backup from local devices and Office 365. It's easy to manage, allowing me to verify daily backups and recover files or entire structures effortlessly. When a recovery is necessary, it is easy to locate and quick to recover.
Robust Backup with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup offers immutable backup copies, encryption in transit and at rest, and point-in-time recovery. These features are crucial, especially during a ransomware attack, as they ensure my data remains preserved and recoverable. I also find the product to be better with faster restore times and it provides details about the restore process when running a job. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No status or time given when you are doing a restore. Sometimes restores fail and there are no error messages as to why they did. They don't provide anything, so providing an error message and details on why restore backups fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for backing up and recovering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID items. It solves issues of accidental or malicious deletions, preserves data during ransomware attacks with immutable backups, encryption, and point-in-time recovery, offering peace of mind.

I like Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup because its cloud portal is simple to use, and the backup process is very automated. I can easily tailor my settings and review reports for any issues. The portal is built nicely into the Barracuda Cloud Portal and it’s easy to navigate and very powerful. The initial setup has also been extremely easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a true set-it-and-leave-it type of product. I get daily confirmation that everything is working, so I don’t have to think about it or worry—unless something goes wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the restore process can still feel a bit cumbersome, but the new interface has addressed a lot of those issues and made it smoother overall.
