Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
This has saved us money and time with user off boarding and finding items that are missing from folks mailboxes etc. and the Azure backup has been a blessing too Customer service is always helpful and it was really easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it is simple and easy to use for anyone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved us using 2 different on premise software solutions that were allowing us to backup users OneDrive, Email, and Teams now I can do this all in one portal and it is simple and easy to use it even has a catealog of the files it is backing up to make it easier for other to figure out if they need that backup or not, it has also allow us to streamline off boarding. and has help with cyber related inquires

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up our Microsoft environment and giving us multiple points of restoration.
good, easy to use, but slow restoration if user have big mailbox

slow restoration, restore a 40GB mailbox take 2 days

need to recreate an account for user, this feature help to restore the whole mailbox, doesnt need other archive solution
Effortless and Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a 'set it and forget it' option. It's easy to use for restores with very little learning curve that is easy to navigate making it efficient when I need to get things back in business quickly. The newer interface is really nice, well laid out, and makes finding items for restore faster. The initial setup was extremely easy and fast, which I value a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe it's any fault of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, but as I understand it Microsoft throttles the backup opportunities so having dedicated timing for backups would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a 'set it and forget it' option that's easy to use and reliable for Office 365 and more. Its interface makes restores fast, reducing downtime and helping me juggle admin tasks efficiently.
New to Cloud to Cloud backup but excited to ensure Mail / Settings / etc are backed up
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can backup all of the Mail boxes for my corporation and can backup my Entra ID for safety
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface needs to be much improved, the movement inbetween screens is very slow , the search function is almost useless unless you know exact phrase ,, trying to search by date doesn't return results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having the mail structure and mail boxes backed up and Onedrive backed up since alot of users use OneDrive and wasn't backed up previous

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the simplicty of the system. It works well and is easy to restore and backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is when you are doing a restore job, it does not update you with any progress. You see that it is restoring and then when it is done. But you don't get a progress bar along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can backup my entire m365 suite including my Entra ID. I can set this to happen frequently and the success with this backup tool has been outstanding.

The customer support is amazing. They have helped me understand everything that our Barracuda Clou-to-Cloud Backup has to offer.

There isnt much that I dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

Battacuda has helo us backup our documents. We know we are coverd if we have a fire, theft, exc...
Worth it just to offset cloud storage backup costs
What do you like best about the product?
Once its integrated with the tennant, it seems to be set it and forget it. Have spot checked and been able to recover emails, and also find sharepoint files created from the very first backup. Now the new released Entra backup should be helpful too. Havent needed it yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not aware of there being an alert option for failures. There may be one but currently not enabled that i'm aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
Office 365 to Safe Backup place. If something happens to MS 365 i can recover my files. Unlimited backup place is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be faster and have more specifications like onenote files, ms 365 exchange admin center settings like mail rules etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup is a problem when using Office 365 and it solved it better than any other. Unlimited space is very good.
