The product works!
What do you like best about the product?
it's catching email everyday and preventing attacks. It required little effort from our IT team
What do you dislike about the product?
I did wish there was an easy way to flag an email as suspicious without having to forward it to IT.

Incredibly simple and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
It's just super simple. It truly is a set-and-forget. Since we have implemented Abnormal our SPAM has gone down by 75%. It's awesome. And the retroactive search for more emails is super easy to use and very verbose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. Everything is running perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SPAM and Slow email speed. The fact that is it a non-gateway approach has saved a lot of time of emails being delivered. And the fact that we can recall messages is a huge plus for my upper management.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtually no setup is required by the admins to integrate Abnormal into your environment and begin reaping the benefits of Abnormal's protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the cost, which is high but competitive, there is honestly nothing I would deem as a dislike. The entire platform feels very polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking malicious emails which do not have a malicious payload/URL. The platform is also handling scanning/responding to end-user-reported phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple integration. Having implemented competitors in the past, those required multiple days of deployment with professional services.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I strongly dislike, so far. The only consideration I have at this point, is that the software is relatively new, and it can be challenging to find other customers that have been using it for an extended period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing, Abnormal has protected us from over 10,000 problematic e-mail messages, that would have been let through via our existing Exchange Online Protection.

What do you like best about the product?
Abnormal Security has helped us in our drive to contain and control the spread of suspicious and malicious emails in our environment. In doing so, they help keep our colleagues secure and cut down on the number of hours an analyst spends on remediating these events.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, Abnormal has missed detections or categorized a single instance of an attack while leaving others. The product does have the ability to report missed detections, and this helps train their detections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mean time to respond to phishing and other email based attacks is greatly reduced in the enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
In the process of purchasing Abnormal, a phishing campaign hit our users. Abnormal turned on protective settings to block the current campaign rendering it useless! And before the start date of our purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some tweaks, but mostly that is from personal preference and I need to use the product more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ability to stop phishing campaigns before it reaches user's emails significantly reduces risk of an accidental phish.

What do you like best about the product?
From deployment to operational, Abnormal Security gives me peace of mind knowing that I have scrutinized every email with natural language processing and pattern recognition of various threats out in the wild.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Abnormal Security cannot make my online experience safer within my personal email and my family's email accounts. Plus one for the business, minus one for the personal life. :) Outside of this, I have yet to experience anything negative with the product or the services. Deployment is simple. Customer success is... successful. Support is efficient and friendly. The tool itself is fantastic and works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abnormal Security filters malicious emails that get through the Secure Email Gateway down to less than 1%, empowering my users to do business with fewer interruptions and threats to identify.
Best in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Abnormal is the easiest product to set up in our entire company and one of the core items in our security fabric. Our security team has multiple areas to focus on, but Abnormal's security does not require maintenance or updating. This has also saved our company quantifiable $ and time on multiple occasions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see them expand their product footprint as we have some spot solutions that we would like to replace with a single vendor that we trust. Their roadmap has a great path, but we would like to see these released sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many companies, our employees moves fast so it is critical for our security tools to capture gaps proactively before they hit certain key teams and/or our executives, that are frequent targets.

Less than 1% of employees reported phishing emails have been malicious.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to give feedback to an employee that identifies and reports a phishing email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying business email compromise events. We can now categorize the types of attacks we face and identify our most vulnerable employees.
