- stable and reliable
- documentation is very good
- there are a lot of examples on Stack Overflow
- very few beaking changes, even on major version upgrade
- friendly mailing list

What do you dislike about the product?
- default install requires you to setup log
- Integrations could be simplifed/built-in, like ACME/Let's Encrypt , GEOIP...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced a Citrix Netscaler for a fraction of the cost and with IAC.
