To get better business insights, first step is to collect, organize and enrich organization's metadata. Qlik Catalog is most advanced, easy to implement data management solution for cataloging that best supports data discovery and governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any cons in mplementing Qlik Catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People come and go in IT, having metadata information centralized , organized across business applications helps in getting better business insights in short period. Even new joinee can pull required report easily using catalog which is ROR for business attribute definitions.
