Amazing tool to use in remote positions
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use & very helpful in this remote working enviromnet to provide support to each other.

Sometimes it just bails into working but otherwise no complaints

in this new era of remote working, TeamViewer Assist AR has been really helpful in providing the support, either its from IT, other departments, even with colleagues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest feature of teamviewer-assist-ar is that we save time and personnel because it provides remote guidance. In addition, it quickly solves the problems of the personnel in the field thanks to remote 3D video support. It provides faster communication between the end user and the technician.
Streamlining Remote Assistance with TeamViewer Assist AR
What do you like best about the product?
TeamViewer Assist AR's AR features are impressive. The ability to overlay virtual markers onto real-world objects is useful for providing clear guidance. However, some calibration issues were experienced, impacting accuracy.

Occasional performance lags and Calibration issues affecting AR accuracy.

TeamViewer Assist AR is a game-changer for remote assistance, particularly for businesses seeking more efficient and secure support options. It does have some areas that need improvement, but its potential is clear.

What do you like best about the product?
TeamViewer Assist AR has helped my remote team to resolve various problems whenever required. I like it because it's very easy to use by team. It has various features that are required in day to day business.

The software sometimes hangs due to overload or internet connection.

It helps in resolving differnt problems remotely and I use it whenver required.
Awesome tool to fix users system issues remotely
What do you like best about the product?
This is my favourite tool in which I fix user issues remotely anywhere anytime. It's easy to use tool we just need to send session link to user. And they will join the session through that link. And very easily we can fix issues related system or application.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but one thing to say need to strong network connectivity to access this tool, and in low internet speed it's frequently disconnects again n again.

Generally I use this tool to fix system problems like slowness, sometimes for applications issues or installations.
Good solution for remote software and other install
What do you like best about the product?
From my expereince, the best element of TeamViewer Assist AR is that it has allowed for remote install of much needed software onto my personal PC, thereby saving time and costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a window of susceptibility for computer hacking, regardless of the perceived safety measures undertaken. And both users/sharers must coordinate their time efficently to gain proper use of the product.

It allows for software install and problem diagnosis, regardless of geographical location.

TeamViewer in itself has been an invaluable resource but has previously up until now still resulted in site visits / staff visits for hardware issues or physical connectivity issues.
We can now video share what the end user sees and markup like a marker on the screen what needs to be looked at or done. It's more than just a video call.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being video and more the only thing we have found is where it's been slow or can hang with slow interbet. It's very video and graphics intensive so does use bandwidth so could do with options to reduce quality or scale down.
Secondly would be good to have it linked to the regular desktop sharing so we aren't having to move between our 2 apps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously physical connectivity issues or other physical issues have resulted in unnecessary field support or office visits for staff where it's been a simple network port or power issue. So it's saving field support visits allowing us to be more productive.
Also allows our internal engineers to assist level 1 with some minor hardware tasks that again otherwise needed physical intervention.

A salvation for problems during smartworking
What do you like best about the product?
Teamviewer assist is very useful in many cases, I often experiment with it when, working from home, I encounter problems of various kinds with apps or updates, having a computer very much 'blocked' by company control systems.
In times of need, it's like having an IT person at your side because by remotely accessing your computer, it's as if he or she is right by your side.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things I don't really like about this app:
1- often, when the remote system tries to access my account, it jams the authorisation mechanism where both users have to enter a password.
2- there is no chat system integrated with the person interacting with us through Teamviewer, so you have to adapt using other text apps available in your device.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Teamviewer I can solve any kind of problem I encounter with apps or with the operating system as it is as if an IT person were next to me and could access my computer completely autonomously and remotely.
