Excellent User Support Experience with Druva
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Druva has been great. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with the Customer Support Team, who were able to assist me with fixing user accounts and profiles in our Druva instance. Their guidance was key in correcting many existing issues with our backups and user profiles. Moreover, their support also provided the necessary information in building out a sync mapping to our Google instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing continuous scroll and more export / reporting functions would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva assists with our cloud backup, profile updates, and name changes for hundreds of users. Additionally, Druva support has provided detailed information on how to connect our Google Workspace instance with Druva via automated sync.
