Makes using SalesForce WAY easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to call/text/email through Outreach in a much more simple UI. Being able to quickly access recording of teammates is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could more easily log call notes during the call and that it would keep up with my typing speed. Sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes using Salesforce easier for our team and makes call coaching and deal follow up much easier.
