We've struggled with outreach but have still gained quite a bit from the system in the past 3 years
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to empower our team to create content and sequence prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to stretch our processes thin due to limitations with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
testing our contect; connecting with SMS is huge

Overall is a nice tool. It still has some improvements needed, though.
Great tool for scaling comms
What do you like best about the product?
Great syncing with Salesforce ensuring all the right details are available. I also really like the way this can be supplemented with additional fields. As a manager I found it really easy to get access to the templates and work that my team have been doing and even issue customer satisfaction requests on their behalf.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run some campaigns at a large scale (targeting several thousand email addresses). I came across some issues in uploading the template and getting it to send. It turns out there are limitations in sending a sequence to more than 800 emails at once. I had to break this into smaller sections to send out. I discovered this through colleagues having failed to get an answer through the FAQ and a couple days delay in the support team responding to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me access to excellent levels of detail on email metrics and makes follow-up (multi-level sequences) extremely easy. The greatest benefit to me is the syncing of comms between reps and the SFDC account.
It helps you to organise your day and you don't miss any contact, having tasks and sequences

the sequences are very helpful, and the templates as well

sometimes i gotlost with CSV files. It should work with exel aswell

East to use interface and ability to quickly build campaigns.

Trouble scheduling emails to go out at a certain time.

Great tool.
Promising features, amazing analytics, super support.
What do you like best about the product?
I am obsessed with the reporting capabilities and team views. It's taken some time to get to a place where our team of international sellers feel confident and capable. We replaced YesWare with the solution and it's like driving a Ferrari.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taken a long time for our team to adopt the solution as part of their day to day. There are almost too many options out of the box and we had a unique use case. I'd love to make it easier for our teams to customize content with better governance for content and brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to standardize messaging and activities amongst our team. We are seeing real results and productivity for our our partner outreach and partner engagement is increasing beyond our standard marketing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support will tell you this, but consider a crawl walk run approach. Consider constant feedback and contractor or additional support to make a content playbook to improve the velocity of content creation.
Outreach is a good tool but glitchy and can frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
Like being able to check time of day reps are calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitches and some of the downtime. I also wish there was some features that were available.

Task managment is being improved and helps with creating a scalable way to have reps reach out to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most of Outreach is the easiness and agility of the platform. It makes it better to work within Outreach than the CRM itself because Outreach is very fast and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's always room to improve, sometimes I see it's not tracking properly emails opening and clicks, but not sure if it's because of the prospect's emails servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes easy to follow up email's and tasks, with the agility and automation that reps need to escalate the productivity. I realized a better coverage of my territory and ability to prospect more with less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the new AI Kaia features as well as updated reporting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more customization on meeting remonders sent to prospects who booked meetings via Outreach.

connecting w/ customers in non-traditional ways (texting)

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Easy for my BDRs to figure out how to use and get started. I love the A/B testing and all the reports I can run.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to be able to go back after making edits to an email. I also hate when you add a new step into a sequence, it goes all the way to the bottom. I would love if you could choose which step you want it to go to instead of having to move it all the way up manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to figure out which email and subject lines have the most responses. Figure out what we need to change or keep. Outreach helps us with that with A/B testing and reports.
Can't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having Outreach as a part of my Gmail account. I literally could not do my job effectively without my templates, snippets, reminders, or meeting links.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I might "dislike" is that I'm not able to do everything directly from Gmail, for certain things I have to log in to the desktop view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving a ridiculous amount of time with Outreach. One of the main use cases for my role as a CSM is keeping track of my renewal email cadence, or reminding myself to reach out to various customers. It keeps me from needing to write down reminders anywhere, it just pops up in my inbox.
