Great tool -- keeps me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can take notes on the prospect within the platform, and they will populate at the top of the page when a task is pulled up for that prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to go down a list of prospects and call them; you have to add a task to each prospect and then it will show up as a task to call them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeps me very organized, a place to take notes on prospects and see all past activity from our salesforce data

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the highlight for sure. I find the updates that are made also keep my framework easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it will log out without my knowledge and I'll miss on key insights on email opens when looking at a "sent" email in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized in my prospecting and renewal process in my territory. I love the analytics that show me how to pivot and make improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides easy ways to bulk send email campaigns to target users. It also provides a good team overview functionality that is useful for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more ability to segment between target companies for hyper-specific messaging. There are variables that can be used to call out company name at scale, but managing differing content based on the company becomes messy and difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the ability to mass outreach to potential new customers, driving new sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the software is great. In a world where you're trying to maximize time and quality outreach really helps you to accomplish both. Having my tasks and everything on one platform has made my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes a pain when updating contacts that if you don't update it in salesforce the information won't transfer over, but I'm not sure if this is something that's been fixed or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency problems and outreach problems have both been solved. You no longer need to bounce in and out of multiple different outlets to complete your outreach and the prebuilt cadences are amazing.

Great Sales Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
All of what Outreach provides will make any rep more efficient but what I like the best is the sequence tracking with automated email sends on certain touch points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach has decent reporting and offers data and insights to help guide timing of touch points and email opens. But with global organizations, data on open activity can be skewed by time zones so you can't really narrow down the time of day when prospects are most active opening emails or answering calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a sales engagement tool, I would have to track sequence touch points, conversation notes, and prospect campaigns in disparate systems. Using Excel, Salesforce, onenote, or other systems to track these things would prevent me from focusing on as many prospects at one time. I also see more efficiency dialing with outreach because it's one click to dial and then it automatically moves you to the next prospect in the campaign/sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
As a former SDR, this platform was critical to my success in terms of automating many of the tedious tasks that come with having to maintain a high volume of prospecting. Email sequences are an absolute timesaver along with the ability to quickly go through a list and cold call prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this has to do with the fact that my salesforce instance is filled with duplicate leads but sometimes it's a pain to bring them into outreach, especially when the prospect "already exists within the outreach platform. The other thing is also maybe transcriptions for cold calls? Similar to Gong.io or Chorus.ai, it would be great to see some of those capabilities exist within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, it's all about generating top of funnel pipeline for AEs and Outreach allowed me to do my day-to-day at scale by automating many of the tedious tasks. The ability to set up many types of sequences and experiment on what works/what does was incredibly helpful because once I understood what messaging or emails worked, I can do "more with less" by setting up a more optimized sequence that will likely result in higher response rates and meetings scheduled
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're focused on generating new business pipeline, outreach is a necessity so that you can prospect at scale. From cold calling to setting up email sequences with multiple setps, Outreach has made it easy to cold call, email, send LinkedIn InMails without having to spend so much time. It truly enables Customer Facing teams to generate pipeline more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and being able to have an email sequence with no action needed from me. Also, I love the ability to build in calls within my sequence.

I really don't have anything I don't like about it.

It's not as helpful when dealing with existing customers as it takes me more time sometimes to put them on a sequence than sending a good ol email from outlook

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows for you to connect with a much larger volume of individuals and efficiently manage the workflow to do so over protracted periods. It enables me to feel confident in my process and focus on engaging with prospects rather than lots of tedious work or other guesswork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach doesn't always flow data from our CRM in as quick or efficient a manner as other competitors in the space, and long periods of extended use can sometimes cause it to bug out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay organized and not let the best prospects fall through the cracks in my sales outreach. I can also efficiently work through a number of time based and messaging based outcomes given a certain level or type of engagement with my prospects.
