Excellent Sales Outreach platform
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and scalable sales outreach platform. Excellent insight too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to mention. It would be fantastic if there were a LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule sequences, and that you can keep track of all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just too much for me to keep up with, and I don't find it very helpful in my role. Gives you reminders at odd times, and I wish it could schedule a reminder at a specific time for a specific task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't really solved anything for me, and I didn't see any benefits, so I stopped using it.
Great capabilities, complicated UX
What do you like best about the product?
1. Data tracking capabilities like top-performing sequences, open and reply rates, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to navigate, especially when pulling reports to analyze data. Building sequences can be clunky, but are efficient once completed. Search function when searching for sequences is not always reliable. Dialer function has also been poor-performing at rare instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org is saving time with semi-automated sequences, along with the ability to customize messaging at scale. Tracking data consistently also brings attention to effectiveness of our subject lines and body of messages.
Connect channels and progress in pipeline generation
What do you like best about the product?
Connection with Linkedin and the task field, permits to control and eventually delegate to team mate the execution of an outbound program. Integration with CRM is also providing operational efficiencies
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to send video messages directly through Linkedin, you have to use third parts software, like Vidyards. On the other hand, in our CRM we have track of activities via contacts, not via leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a clear track of the pipeline generation to share with peers and line managers. It permit to know to whom we are approaching without placing too much noise in the CRM

Putting prospects into sequences and have them automated and the progress is reflected automatically into the CRM (SalesForce).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if it can reflect the messages sent through LinkedIn, if LinkedIn is linked to SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what's not to like? Outreach does everything our sales team needs to be successful. With new feature rollouts constantly, there is always something new to utilize!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has improved over the last few years; however I would love for it to be a little more expansive in regards to KPI build out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new Plan feature, we are looking forward to implementing the QSO path for the BDR team over to the AE team. Very exciting!

Honestly, I didn’t have any complaints; my experience was effortless and smooth until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Campaigns are really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to user interface, but also easy to access and use on my iPhone as well

Activity Tracking (opens, clicks, etc) are not always accurate. Often, emails are being open and read, but Outreach is unable to log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tabs on leads and activities and task management.
Taking your message to your prospects in an efficient manner
What do you like best about the product?
Before Outreach I would email prospects manually and try connecting on LinkedIn. This was extremely time consuming and not sustainable as there was no way to track Opens, Responses etc. With Outreach I can now create focused messaging for the right people on a topic, track the interactions and understand what's resonating and what's not. Huge improvement in productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach does not have a way to create messages for LinkedIn - it still requires manual intervention for this piece. It relies on other services for Importing of Contact details and/or connects to Salesforce. The 'owner' of a contact may inadvertently block that contact from being contacted again if they remain in an old exclusive sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with prospects and getting them to understand who we are, what we do and why we are relevant to their role and their issues. We use it as the 'left jab' in prospecting to be followed up with the 'right hook' of a phone call - it results in warm calls instead of cold calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete solution I love how easy it is to integrate with other existing CRM tools and how flexible it is. The sequences are great, very flexible, clear, with a lot of data to help you make informed decisions. The amount and type of steps you can add to a sequence are limited only by your creativity. I also love the custom variables, they allow me to create a lot of scenarios and to retain a lot more information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit laggy, but incidences of this issue have been diminishing over time. Sometimes you have to create some workarounds for integrations, especially with Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with Outreach are automation and sequencing mostly. it is an enormous help to have a sequencer take care of my automation needs and help me organize big campaigns
