What do you like best about the product?
Having all my tasks in one place and being able to prioritize the contacts who showed the most interest in our platform. I've never used such an engagement platform but I just love it and couldn't do without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside might be the team performance, I feel like this is not quite accurate. It would be grat if we could have some template sequences in other languages as well. That would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to organize my day. When I come to the desk in the morning I know what I have to do and being able to identify in one click where I should put my efforts is very handy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager, Andrew Henningsen was the man. He was so helpful in making sure we ramped our sophistication with the platform in the right way. By far the most feature-rich platform that's out there, and having used Salesloft and Hubspot now as well, I can confirm I miss Outreach a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native Huspot integration. That is it. When moving to a company that used Hubspot as a CRM it broke my heart to say goodbye to Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled our team to do thoughtful, considered and personalised outbound prospecting at scale. Finding the balance of time v benefit between spending too much time personalising your outreach or opting for a 'spray and pray' approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Our stack was Salesforce CRM, Linkedin Sales Nav, Lead IQ and Outreach. Outreach was the most crucial element to enable new starters and existing team memebers to build pipeline quickly and manage it effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for salespeople to create our campaigns without even waiting for the marketing team.
Direct integration with other systems provides a seamless experience without repeating any details to input
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of this time. Probably improve calendar feature/integration as sometimes my customers got confused about the timezones.
I would love to see improvements on this feature such as adding multiple calendar schedules specific per cmpaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool that helps me reach out to more customers.
And yes, it helps me financially since more interaction with the customers means more pipeline.
I started using outreach since my previous company, and since then, I don't see myself working without it

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is being able to see who opened my email when and what they did with it

I would like it to be simpler to use for me and better in sync with our sales force contacts which is also dependent on how we maintain info.

The benefits is being able to follow up prospects when they are engaged for a shorter sales cycle

Hard to get all the people you want into sequences

In sales its important to know if someone has opened your email, it tells you if theyre ghosting you or just busy/have a flooded inbox

Variety in sequences allows you to create bespoke outreach strategies per prospect.

Some minor optimizations are to be made; however, in general, it serves us well.

The Essential Productivity Tool

What do you like best about the product?
EVERY sales rep needs some type of productivity tool like Outreach providing the ability to automate emails, but also enable reps to build in LinkedIn steps, Calls, and pretty much any manual step you want to take to make connects happen. Otherwise, a sales rep can never scale their operations.

I've used some, but not all of their competitor products, and nothing is as user friendly as Outreach. It will take some time to learn the system.

It's amazing to be able to copy in snippets and/or templates within email responses - this speeds up my ability to reply to customer emails with content I have already A/B tested resulting in more favorable replies, and greater efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of settings and configurations to learn. With the support of sales operations or management could bridge those gaps by building default rulesets.

There are a lot of best practices that a rep will need to wrap their head around as they scale out their outreach program. Example - Users can get into trouble blasting too much getting into SPAM filters, so they need to get familiar with Sequence throttling.

This is not a tool that everyone will use the same, and so you will need to allow some flexibility unless you're standardizing messaging, content, sequence steps, etc, which in my opinion, the latter will diminish creativity and lower morale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can validate which emails work best based on open and reply rates. I can scale out my business by automating reply emails thus touching more accounts. I can also prioritize which accounts I call and conduct more manual steps given Sequence structuring. I get more connects and replies and meetings as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is easy to use, and we adopt it across multiple levels within the sales organization. We can reach prospects and customers at scale, understand engagement, and manage our outbound cadence effectively. A few features are missing regarding email tracking with the Gmail integration that I like from other tools; however, overall, it's a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking engagement via the Gmail plugin is something that I feel bummed about each day. I became very accustomed to understanding email opens in real-time from tools such as Yesware. Otherwise, there isn't a whole lot not to like about how scalable Outreach is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business can reach our prospects and customers at scale effectively. We leverage various types of sequences and are also able to tailor to specific audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool would be so much better if it were a Google Sheets with zaps... A ton of buttons on the user interface for a product that sends emails and lets you call from your cell phone. There are new better ops every single day...

I would not put it above yet another mail merge
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much going on in the interface, to be honest; the tool almost forces you to use the native web app... . The horrendous aesthetics of the weather app would not be so intolerable if there were alternative ways to work from outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that are unique to outreach as a solution. I don't even know how they are coping with Apple's latest privacy updates. the analytics were never the best anyways the best anyways
