Simple interface that is straight to the point, no-frills

It can sometimes be glitchy and caches need to be cleared often enough

You can't add people to multiple sequences

Can reach out to multiple people at once. Easy to test out different messaging styles and see which works best.

What do you like best about the product?
It organizes leads in a good fashion and allows you to customize your cadence for your prospects and products. Creating sequences for specific prospects helps when used correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the formula right with sequences and cadences can be very difficult. If it is not correct, the product can actually hurt productivity. However, if the tool is used correctly with the right amount of leads, it can be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not the easiest tool to learn. There are a significant number of steps for almost all actions that can make things overly complicated but can also slow down the prospecting flow.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much helpful data within the reporting to see how emails perform. Marketers can use this information to help with their own marketing efforts, like email, paid, organic, content, and more. It helps to create more content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it would be more helpful if the Outreach integrations with Marketing Automation were a bit more robust, that way we could control for when certain prospects are getting messages from ALL of our organization. But it does work well and can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach plays a big part in the full customer lifecycle marketing at our organization. It's a good way to keep nurturing leads throughout when they first fill out a form all the way through to customer activation and upsell.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives good overview insights. It is great for keeping a tab on AEs/BDRs wrt their follow up/outreach activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach does not allow detailed reporting. It has none to very limited slicing and dicing options for creating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to create a good sync between Marketing and Sales efforts using Outreach. It helps ensure that leads generated through Marketing initiatives are being taken up by Sales to do a proper follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build sequences, snippets, and see what your colleagues are also writing is a big win. Additionally, Outreach makes it easy to have a structured process and approach vs. trying (and failing) manage it all in your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to see all of your tasks and the scheduling feature can be tough. Additionally, the compose window when writing a new email can be a bit smaller and I wish they had a more full-screen view to make it bigger/easier to write to prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach, I manage my entire outbound prospecting strategy. From ensuring I'm getting the right amount of touches, to setting follow-up reminders that don't just live in my calendar, it helps me stay organized. I consistently drive more prospecting and pipe-gen as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. How intelligent the emails actually are. This is my first time ever using outreach, and it is a very impressive system. It also integrates with salesforce and ring central which makes my life a lot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using outreach for two or three months so at the moment there is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it is solving for me is time management. Instead of having to manually send out 100 emails a day outreach does it for me and it also tracks who reads it.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking capability. It's great to be able to see when someone opens your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if when we update a contact in SFDC that it also updates in outreach.

I'm able to better track activity history.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing everything I need to complete by just looking at the home page. I like seeing the engagement my emails see as well, it gets me excited to reach out to certain prospects when I see emails being opened more than once
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outreach will take a long time to load. Also, I would like a more categorized way of calling, sometimes I have certain sequences I want to get to first so if I could filter and call a specific sequence and prospects at once that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see how effective my emails are by the engagement on the right-hand side. I also like knowing the history between the prospect and I when looking into the specific contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My favorite platform for sales use. It's very easy to learn how to use and you get a full 360 view of your day-to-day.

How seamless is it to import leads from SFDC into outreach.

I wish the email threads/ or back and forth communication with the SDR and customer were easier to follow in outreach.
