* Template structure/ function is smooth and user-friendly.

* Further integrations and perhaps an open-API key could yield more robust and rich technology partnerships
* Reporting, while nice to deep dive, sometimes seems either delayed or perhaps lacking when looking at the macro specs
* Sometimes notice a disconnect between "call disposition/ prospect stage" and the corresponding actionable item relevant to that specific sequence

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Initiating bulk prospects into a pipeline via sequencing and subsequent templates is a breeze and incredibly helpful
* Cold call volume appears to be at an increased rate thanks to the user-friendly and streamlined build of Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the platform, really easy to train reps or managers. Simple platform, but can also get very complex in what you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more accurate reporting; it's very easy for the numbers to be inaccurate or deceiving. Especially surrounding projections. Wish there was gamification built in to the platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy organization of a rep's tasks, saving a rep's time throughout the day, activity tracking and ease of building campaigns/sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how insightful Outreach is. The reporting tools and analytics help me as a BDR manager be able to coach my reps and understand where we can make improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations built such as links to social media pages for our prospects (outside of LI), and another tool we use a lot called Charm. I would love to see these additions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to help my reps understand best times to call/email prospects, as well as how to improve their email sentiments. The benefit here is ramping up our reps faster and setting more meetings, ultimately making everyone more money!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it sends automatic e-mails. It's intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
How complicated it is. It's not very user friendly. I think they need to do a better job of reaching out to higher ups in the company to teach more classes on it.

Connecting with customers. I've realized I get more responses.

I like that you can use multiple phone numbers with different area codes to drive better pick-up rates on your calls.
The Sequences can be very beneficial, but in my organization, it was very rigid and not very beneficial in my role.
I do like the auto logging of emails into the CRM, both inbound and outbound, and read receipts. YOu can see when someone views and how many times someone views an email. If you open it up yourself, it unfortunately counts that in your view count.

The Sequences can be very beneficial, but in my organization, it was very rigid and not very beneficial in my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent in an SDR/BDR role or outbound AE role. My book of business is a set list of named customer accounts so it is not beneficial since I do not want to spam current customers, and each opportunity is unique and I don't need a sequence to tell me when to all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure it fits your use case, business development and prospecting works very well but day to day account management, not so much.
Helpful Software for SDR Outbounding, Customer Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
From an operations perspective: setting things up was fairly straightforward (links to SFDC, Zoominfo, etc) . From an end user perspective: once you get trained on the software, using it to set up campaigns is straightforward either in the platform itself or in email.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an operations perspective: when you're firing tons and tons and tons of campaigns over the course of years, it's a pain to manage. So many old and unused campaigns that aren't necessary or relevant anymore. Manual cleanup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving two problems: reaching out to prospects in the pre-sales cycle in an automated and scalable way and reaching out to current customers who we've seen have low usage to try and drive engagement.

complexity as there is so much you can do in Outreach but not functions may be necessary

Should be more products from Outreach integrated in the same solution.

Reminders are very valuable, saves 50% time when booking meetings with your clients. Especially when multiple people from your own organization are at the same meeting.
