Easy to Learn, Easier to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and intuitive interface. Everything is where I expect it to be, and it's easy to jump in as a first-time user and figure out how to utilize Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization of sequences/templates. I wish it were easier to categorize and organize what teams should be using and when; the tags and group functionalities are nice now but could be a bit easier to find and sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time and stay on top of prospects. Easy to keep track of what conversations I have had and where each prospect is, and quickly reach out to these individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
Snippets that can be used directly from Gmail, and the ability to bulk compose Emails and Sequences. I also like the Phone functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences within Outreach could be more organized, with better searchability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to bulk compose and bulk send emails to prospects, and for voice and phone support (with phone message recording).

Get Confusing

What do you like best about the product?
I do like that it automatically sends emails and lets you know when the best time to call a prospect is. You can work hundreds of people at once. You can also run A & B testing on emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole selling point from Outreach is that none of your prospects will be forgotten or lost... But they do. If they are not in a sequence and you do not have a task set EACH time you need to reach them, they sit in a column until you remember. If someone is finished in a sequence, it still marks them workable instead of finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work hundreds of people at once. Instead of just working 200, I can have 2,000 people in the sequence at once. I do have a lot of data behind when to call and who to reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wish it could be a mash of Copper and Outreach. I wish when it reads the emails, it lets you enter a date to follow up instead of just pausing the sequence for a ridiculous amount of time.

Necessity, but clunky interface

What do you like best about the product?
It's a necessity for BDRs and sales in general and I like the ability to listen to recordings as well as create sequences to add prospects in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be kind of clunky and difficult to navigate in the beginning. There are some bugs that happen sometime that can affect calls.

The pricing is for annual subscriptions only.

Booking more meetings. Delivering more sales qualified opportunities. Saving time with prospecting. Getting great prospecting intelligence. Easy follow-ups and many more!

What do you like best about the product?
Having all my tasks in one place and being able to prioritize the contacts who showed the most interest in our platform. I've never used such an engagement platform but I just love it and couldn't do without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside might be the team performance, I feel like this is not quite accurate. It would be grat if we could have some template sequences in other languages as well. That would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to organize my day. When I come to the desk in the morning I know what I have to do and being able to identify in one click where I should put my efforts is very handy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager, Andrew Henningsen was the man. He was so helpful in making sure we ramped our sophistication with the platform in the right way. By far the most feature-rich platform that's out there, and having used Salesloft and Hubspot now as well, I can confirm I miss Outreach a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native Huspot integration. That is it. When moving to a company that used Hubspot as a CRM it broke my heart to say goodbye to Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled our team to do thoughtful, considered and personalised outbound prospecting at scale. Finding the balance of time v benefit between spending too much time personalising your outreach or opting for a 'spray and pray' approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Our stack was Salesforce CRM, Linkedin Sales Nav, Lead IQ and Outreach. Outreach was the most crucial element to enable new starters and existing team memebers to build pipeline quickly and manage it effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for salespeople to create our campaigns without even waiting for the marketing team.
Direct integration with other systems provides a seamless experience without repeating any details to input
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of this time. Probably improve calendar feature/integration as sometimes my customers got confused about the timezones.
I would love to see improvements on this feature such as adding multiple calendar schedules specific per cmpaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool that helps me reach out to more customers.
And yes, it helps me financially since more interaction with the customers means more pipeline.
I started using outreach since my previous company, and since then, I don't see myself working without it

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is being able to see who opened my email when and what they did with it

I would like it to be simpler to use for me and better in sync with our sales force contacts which is also dependent on how we maintain info.

In sales its important to know if someone has opened your email, it tells you if theyre ghosting you or just busy/have a flooded inbox
