Love the automation, can have trrouble importing contacts

Wish that there was a way to integrate linked outreach to automate sequences
or to add certain custom content to select contacts but generally keep the full sequence the same

strong product, wish there was a linkedin integration to add into and automate linkedin outreach in tandem with Gmail

What do you like best about the product?
Autonomy to structure all of my engagement points with clients through strategic methodology. The platform is very easy to use, make adjustments, test different messaginig, etc. Outreach holds me accountable to hitting my daily deliverables, which are the building blocks to my long-term success in obtaining my long-term objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodical bugs intergrating with Salesforce.com

Territory Plan Structuring. The main benefit is helping me back into my number.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me prioritize my day by managing all levels of outreach to my customers & prospective customers. Similar to my calendar that manages many aspects of my day-to-day, Outreach ensures that I follow up with people I haven't yet responded to, tracks the history of all communications in a concise, easy-to-find way, & shows me who is most responsive to my cold outreach. I can set cadences for when to follow up with an email, what messaging I should follow-up with next, when to connect & dive deeper in my social channels & simplify my cold-calling outbounding with click-to-dial numbers. I'm more effective in my communication because Outreach takes the worry & stress of keeping things top of mind away and instead, provides a strong backbone to every aspect of my communication workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a relatively steep learning curve to having Outreach manage a bulk of your processes throughout a day/week/month. As someone who had zero familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, I was initially wowed by the capabilities and pretty colors & tabs helping to manage parts of my day - however, how to use the tool effectively took some getting used to. Many tabs provide visibility into where you should focus your day, find the right people & accounts. It takes some discovery to find the right clicks & where your data is housed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me efficiently prioritize all communications throughout the day. I'm more productive because Outreach manages communication cadences for me better than my brain could. As a result, I'm more efficienty in my outreach - both calls & emails, and have seen a measurable uplift in the number of responses due to helpful workflows enabling me to stay more involved in my messaging and less involved with administrative work.
Great for tracking email opens, integration to GSuite & Gong + VOIP calls
What do you like best about the product?
Integration to Gong and GSuite, allows for easy tracking of email opens and clicks. It also allows me to build out routine sequence and/or cadence, which I can use for multiple prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super complex. A ton of features that I don't have time to utilize, but could potentially benefit from. It can be a bit click-heavy, but I'm sure each feature has a function/use case that could be applicable.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated email and call campaigns, Notified when emails are opened, clicked, viewed, and replied to. Easy integration with multiple other software companies nationwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt have back end rule sets for integrating with Sugar CRM. Created duplicates on account level. NO SMART SEARCH BAR. GET PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS.

Great Product, CSM/AM Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Outreach is the granular viewpoint of KPI tracking for your staff and their technical capabilities as a whole. It's a software you can plug in right away, rather than a long onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
CSM/Account Management as a whole. I think we have had 3-4 CSMs at Outreach over the course of our first year with the software, which has led to some communication breakdowns and confusion. Most recently, Outreach moved away from providing one specific CSM for our needs(and think it's across every client), and instead, we now have a group email we reach out to when help is needed, which has been fine in my 1 instance so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Best Practices = Scalability
-Tracking Open Rates/Click Rates/Reply Rates per sequence, individual steps, and assets. In the past, I could only do this at the sequence level.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The original mapping from your CRM to Outreach can be quite overwhelming if you don't have a specific technician/employee in that seat today. If you don't have one, I would make that loudly known from the start and ask for specifics on what they can assist with re: onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives you direct tasks to complete without having to keep track of each prospect manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different portions of Outreach; sometimes it can be challenging to keep up with all of the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps ADRs organized and allows them to reach out to more people because they're not bogged down by manual tracking.

Allows me to reach all my customers effectively in just a few days.

200 max daily mass email contacts is limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting personalized emails to all my customers in a streamlined fashion. Higher response rates.
One central place for your sales commuication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that outreach gives a historical outlook in the communication with a prospect, logs all engagements, and track how many times the emails were viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
not having an ability to follow on template emails if prospects were not put in follow up sequence right away. Otherwise, the platfrom is awesome!

Daily use for outreach, keeping track of all of the communication with accounts.
Great tool for spinning up sequences and getting prospects into them

The most helpful thing about Outreach is how quickly I can add prospects to a sequence and start engaging with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Outreach is the time it took learning how to use the tool. There is a bit of a learning curve.

The main problem I am solving with Outreach is getting in front of several prospects with a high-quality cadence.

Take the training offered by your CSM. It is very very helpful.
