What do you dislike about the product?
changing a sequence and its steps is painful
Can't prioritize sequences or emails - this is a MAJOR issue as BTL sequences go out before ATL sequences taking days sometimes a week to get important emails out...
You can't mass skip a step when you have prospects in that step while you're trying to complete it (you must do it manually)
getting people into outreach from sales navigator or Zoominfo is a nightmare because they don't have import requirements in outreach, like email/country, so you must go through SFDC

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
booking 20-40% more meetings through efficiency and message improvement
keeping deals on track by setting and organizing tasks
Plugging the leakage by reminding me of emails that don't get responses and making it EXTREMELY easy for prospects to book directly on me and my SEs calendars
doubled call volume
tripled the number of campaigns I can manage simultaneously
improved collaboration between SDRs, Sales and Marketing (campaigns are organized into categories after creation and tied to the marketing campaign in SFDC, making it seamless)

Outreach: A New and Improved way of Reaching out to Customers
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to create automated sequences. It saves a lot of time and makes it a breeze to follow up with clients, unlike before where you have to manually get back to each and every email you send out and personalize follow-up emails. Also, OR gives me a quick glimpse of the activities done per prospect in a particular span of time, this ensures that I don't overlook a single prospect in my bucket. Intelligent indeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you have enrolled a client to a certain sequence and decide to re-enroll after a couple of months, the system won't allow it. You need to "remove" them from the said sequence first, it has to be done manually and one by one. I hope OR could fix it or better yet, find a way to override this process seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to personalize my responses and at the same time, condition next steps if a client has responded back and or proceed to the next step if no response is provided.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended since it is easy to use, saves time and energy when trying to reach out and or do follow-ups with clients, allows me to get back with clients through "Stat Tasks", OR also notifies me when a client has read my email outreach to give me an idea on what to do next. The best part, lets me reallocate the saved time in calling out unresponsive clients and closing sales also via the said platform (click to call). Definitely a must have!
Account Development Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The level of optimization this dialer carries is incredible. Also the integration to salesforce reduces the amount of time I'm using to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how adding steps in a sequence are drag and drop! Come on it should be easy to click and drop on where you want it instead of having to move it up or down each time you want to add something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Average call time, Average dials, Average appointments, best time to call
Great for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most helpful is the ability to create tasks for future events with reminders. This helps to keep me organized and ensures I do not miss any sales opportunities from someone who wants me to follow up with them in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do have issues with calls actively going through. I also dislike that Outreach does not currently have the ability to send emails to email addresses outside of the US. I think this feature should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving organizational problems and this tool makes cold calling extremely streamlined.
Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Its helpful and I use if more than I expected. You will also enjoy it. Many tools like this are on the market and so far this one is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the product. It does what I expected it to do and I am happy my company uses it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people is much easier. I am a fan.
Great for Outreach Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Game changer for cold outreach to prospects and outreach to hot inbound prospects at scale. Easy integration with SFDC, and great to know how different outreach sequences convert. Also, easy to implement with MQL processes by processing at different stages. This product allows you to drip emails to prospects in the short term (Multiple touchpoints in a week) and then extend follow-up to 30 days out +. It also has great integration with linkedin, whereby you can easily automate sending LinkedIn invitations to all prospects who you email from an inbound inquiry. It is easy to correspond different sequences to different hand-raisers -- templates can be distributed to new sales reps at scale to make onboarding of new reps more turnkey. I also love how it enables reps to take prospects who haven't responded to a certain sequence (let's say a trial request) and then resequence them with different messaging further down the line. If I keep typing will I get 25$?
What do you dislike about the product?
Buiding complex sequences can easily get erased after long periods of time working and drafting. I would love to see an automatic draft saving feature so accidentally closing a window while crafting a new sequence doesn't force the user to start all over again. I would also like to see a feature to organize sequences in different folders (easily) so old or outdated sequences can be archived for reference, but hidden from view. I also wish it were easier to skip manual processes as calls and LinkedIn outreach without having them bottled up in the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a high volume of inbound inquiries, having an automatic second or third email to your prospect can help convert more overall opportunities into revenue. It's also easy to correspond the appropriate messaging to different types of inbound inquiries so you can keep track of different types of leads in different buckets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be thoughtful about how you set up your MQL and sequencing process at scale before implementing this solution. How you design your usage at scale will determine how much of a force multiplier it will be for your reps.
helps me go about my day in a more organized way, assists easily with follow ups & track progress
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have made my life so much easier! I also love the templates for call follow up's and snippets for quick access to blurbs. The home page is awesome to track who's opened or clicked through my emails, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking calls takes multiple steps and fields to fill in. Sometimes that's just a drawn-out longer process than I'd like. I have to sign in multiple times a day to Outreach, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized reaching out to clients through sequences and having those automatic follow-ups sent through has made my life so easy. I get more deals & am much more productive!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the training and implementation seriously; it did take me some time to ramp, but once I did, it was so worth it.
Outreach is an amazing way to keep yourself and team organized.
What do you like best about the product?
You can see a direct correlation of what templates, snippets, and sequences produce the best outreach results and implement them across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes so much data on each screen can be overbearing and a lot to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity metrics and what sequences, templates, and snippets are producing the best results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i have none as a user
Besides a couple of UX hiccups this is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Prospect engagement insights are helpful when considering who to write emails to and who to call
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't use arrow keys in dropdown menus- slows action down considerably - should be able to arrow down through drop down menus (for instance when using tags filter to sort through prospect database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand awareness and outbound sales, benefits are customer engagement insights for low funnel activity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've reached out several times about UX feature needs without any feedback or changes being made.
Any high-growth sales org needs Outreach
