Outreach: Fantastic Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Outreach provides insights into your sequences. This helps identify who is opening what email and how we can improve messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can be a bit full. What I mean by that is Outreach is a dense tool and can be a bit confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate outreach to prospective clients while also A/B testing subject lines.
Great tool for prospecting, account management and scheduling meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to understand if a prospect or a customer opens, receives your outgoing email and/or communication. The scheduling piece is really helpful that integrates with gmail simply.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main items are the chrome extension sometimes turns off by itself and you have to re-enable it manually. The last update for scheduling meeting times is a bit harder to see when you are combining calendars (mainly internally).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and faster way to outbound prospecting to multiple contacts, schedule follow up meetings without manual work and understand if the customer has seen your last notes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really simple to use and a great solution for your everyday account executive/account management, customer-facing needs. I always make sure the Clicks / Opens are toggled on so I can see when to re-engage with a prospect or a customer appropriately.
Daily Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps me organized! It is really easy to keep track of the accounts I am in touch with, create sequences and make sure I am constantly in touch and hitting the right people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many dislikes about Outreach. No complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reusable outreach that can be used by myself and others. Great that I can create my own sequences and templates and share them with the team to help with outreach and consistency.
Excellent CRM for SDR and Account Executive collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is user-friendly and allows you to track communications with prospects at each step of the sales cycle. The visibility and filter options allow you to review different campaigns and segments of prospecting individually and as a team. In addition, creating and testing new messaging is simple and rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could look up prospects by phone number. Sometimes a prospect will call back on my cellphone, and I can't quickly look up their information on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are discovering which email subject lines generate opens and how we should structure our cadence of emails to engage our prospects. We are also able to collaborate across teams to understand how we have communicated with different accounts. The visibility across groups is helpful to strategize on hot and warm accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach will save your company time and convert prospects into customers. I would be sure to take advantage of resources to improve your email marketing to get the best use of the tool.
Outreach Makes Bulk Correspondence Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach pulls all of my contacts from Salesforce and allows me to set groups based on market segment/usage/contact title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes identifying the right clients for the right correspondence can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to maintain constant communication and provide news and updates to clients regularly.
Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Outreach is its user-friendly interface. Outreach helps me identify new opportunities with prospects and streamline processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Outreach is many prospects have opted out and we cannot target them in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining workflows and automating very manual processes by using Outreach.
The Best Modern Day Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can use sequences to send out multiple people without having to do much manual work. I have some days where I need to send out hundreds of emails and Outreach helps me to do that with much ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. There are only two things that I can think of. It can be frustrating when I want emails sent out but due to holidays or other scheduling I cannot send it (wish there was an override button for a 'send now' motion). The other thing is I wish you could send out messages through Outreach to LinkedIn a little bit more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see who replied, interacted, or not recieved my emails in bulk. This is very helpful in knowing who I should reach out to more often or if I should even reach out again.
Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
Organization is the key component when using Outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I add accounts to my sequence, it can be very overwhelming to the point that I am unable to make all the calls that are due on any giving day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my conversation in point every time that I contact my client. It records all the touch points that I've made.

Great Sales Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach helps me stay on top of all my tasks on a day-to-day basis, whether it is following up with prospects via email, call, or social interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is it does not log my calls into salesforce as well .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized this helps best with my follow up and next moves when working with particular leads or accounts.
