Outreach is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to add relevant contacts into Outreach and prospect them with sequences the team and I have built.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides of using Outreach thus far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we're solving by using Outreach is keeping the team accountable and on top of contacting prospects. Being able to look at contacts on Outreach and history has been extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
As an AE, I don't have the time to manually send hundreds of cold emails to a wide range of contacts and companies. I have over 200 accounts and it's impossible for me to reach out on my own. Outreach allows me to set it and forget it. 3 times a week I'm able to log hundreds of activities that I otherwise wouldn't be able to. I've generated over $500k in pipeline resulting in 6 figure deals using the power of Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get used to, but once you're fully trained it's a breeze. My team of AE's has embraced Outreach when AE's normally would struggle with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: too much time spent writing emails
Benefits: more time infront of customers/prospects and less time sending emails

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and UI makes it very easy to utilize all the functionality. I also like the community around the tool that shares best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the reporting features as they are difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using outreach for all of my customer facing sales outreach - emails and phone calls. With outreach, i am able to get significantly more emails and calls done in a day than without the tool

Its a hugely valuable tool for sales outreach!
Love being able to schedule emails and then view how often they are opened.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and then sending is such an efficient way to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't really tie to the person who opened if they are CCd so no real way of knowing who's opening. Also, clicks don't always show.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability of reaching out to multiple people effectively at once. And it's easy to use. The sequences are my favorite. I also use Outreach for phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be cautious of how many emails you send per domain within a 24 hour time limit. So you don't get blocked as spam. I don't know if this is something that can actually be solved by Outreach though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing outreach to our customers who are inactive. Hoping to get them to open the emails, respond and jump back into our platform to realize the value and skill up.

It's a great tool for business development purposes as well.
I love this app! I couldn't do my work without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is absolutely gorgeous. The more I have used this application, the more I have come to appreciate the attention to detail. This app brings beauty AND productivity to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose I dislike the fact that I only get to use this app through my company. At the current price point, it wouldn't make sense for me to license this app for personal use. However, I can imagine many personal use cases.

Outreach is the bridge between insight (data) and action. Some apps do data well. Some apps do tasks well. Outreach does both with excellence, without compromising simplicity.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to organize my entire prospecting strategy, ensure it is fit for scale and follow up appropriately on all warm leads. SFDC & Gmail integrations are highlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot to dislike. The new feature Kaia can use some work (given it's AI based) my assumption is there needs to be much more data input to drive accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I was facing is keeping track of prospecting efforts - everything from accounts, divisions & personas to ensure each is receiving the appropriate messaging based on their challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Outreach, I can schedule email sequences, save templates, and see so many analytics! It's awesome as an account manager who's both hunting sales and also sending out helpful resources to my clients. I don't know what I'd do without Outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't just copy & paste contacts into your emails, you have to manually select each one. This can be annoying when you're emailing multiple peopel at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send and schedule mass emails easily, use templates I created or that others at my company have created. It makes it easy to be consistent across teams and to provide helpful resources for customers at a moment's notice. I also love the ability to track opens, clicks, and responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it!
Very easy to use and make my work much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders on my emails, it will just bump all emails to the top after I week so I can follow up efficiently with unresponsive clients. I have never had anything like it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I do not think I have a specific feature I dislike, maybe the connection with salesforce for me is not clear hence I do not use the reminders of my tasks very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to speak every single day with all my clients based internationally, I use it also to coordinate my calendar and meeting with clients and the reminders are helpful to follow up with unresponsive clients.
