Easy to use and streamlines Sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use templates snippets to quickly access reusable content greatly speeds up email composure. The reply follow up feature ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides to speak of -- sometimes our organization hits our API limits. Perhaps better notifications for our admins before we reach these limits would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is enabling me to reach a wider network customers more easily. Additionally, it is my one stop shop to organize my day through its dashboard. By getting in contact with more potential customers, I am able to generate more revenue for my company.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable sequences at scale have been key in generating new appointments for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are constantly nonsense inbound calls coming in the numbers that we've paid for which gets rather annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating appointments and automating sequences. Just that.
Automate manual tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Preschedule emails and follow ups - take the thinking and remembering out of cadences and follow up tasks. The scheduling tool is fantastic for cross-checking calendars with our colleagues. Love being able to see when prospects view my emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited in fonts and sizes. You can either chose large or tiny font - no in between. This makes the email look a little odd and not like its coming from outlook or gmail. Users are also automatically opted out when you add to salesforce. Unable to email them for a few days which disrupts the flow of prospecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer forget to follow up with people. Even if I'm working out of gmail, I can add follow up reminder tasks for myself or directly sequence a prospect. I don't have to leave gmail to check if a prospect has viewed my email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
get it! makes selling a lot easier! you can bulk send 1000 emails at once instead of having to manually send them!
Great tool for SDR/BDR's
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see who is engaging with my messaging. It helps me prioritize the people I should follow up with. Equally important to me is the ability to AB test with outreach. Identifying then scaling the messaging that resonates is a key to my success!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting for teams is not as capable as I would like it to be. Outreach does great at providing aggregate reporting for all users, but when I want to dive down into my own team, some of the reporting becomes more limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salsesfoce for our CRM. It is an amazing tool, but a very poor task, call and email management tool. Outreach streamlines the process of contacting our prospects at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team of SDR/BDR's that use common messaging to their prospects and you require a tool to streamline dials, emails, and social selling on Linkedin, Outreach is a great option. It provides management the flexibility to keep teams on point with set messaging or allows latitude for teams to operate more autonomously with messaging. It is not an autodialer. I've had a great experience with it for the last 5 years!
It just works
What do you like best about the product?
It automates a lot of email follow up and busy work for me allowing me to focus on high ROI tasks such as meeting with customers. Also provides a consistent workflow for my sales outreach and strategy. I also enjoy that my daily tasks are served to me, saving me time in organizing these activities each day, ensuring no task is overlooked. Basically, outreach is my spotter to ensure nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be unexplainable glitches or errors from time to time. It can be disasterous to send out a massive email sequence with any errors or sent at a wrong time. As long as this isn't neglected you'll be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My time, efficiency and consistency are all helped by outreach. The primary benefit I've realized is gaining more time and and energy to focus on skilled tasks. I used outreach as a BDR and saw tremendous results and ensuring no stone was left unturned. Outreach allows you to focus on calling and high roi tasks that can't be automated. I would sometimes send massive sends of over 5,000 emails.
I now use outreach as an AE for smaller outreaches and more particular sends and sequences. This ensures none of my customers feel neglected and I keep a touch point on all of them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this point whether or not a sales org has outreach could be a deciding factor in whether or not I would be interested in working for them. In a world of endless sales enablement software options, outreach is mission critical if you want to attract and retain cutting edge sales talent and keep up with your competitors. I'm not familiar with competitors of outreach but this service will pay for itself - You pay AEs to handle difficult conversations and use their effort and intangibles to drive sales, not to send emails that anyone can take care of. Leave the busy work to outreach and let them focus on the difficult tasks closer to the revenue.
the easiest way to track emails
What do you like best about the product?
my favorite part is how I can send a LinkedIn message right from Outreach and include my calendar link
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a lot going on, the interface could be cleaner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking emails, opens, messaging through multiple platforms with just one platform
Outreach - Great Platform in 2021!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation aspect of outreach. It easily integrates with existing systems we use, and easily transacts data between the two systems. It allows me to accomplish more! The best thing about this platform is that it lets me reach more prospects. By leveraging powerful email templates, built out sequences, and automation - I can efficiently reach more of my target audience, in less time.
I also really enjoy that outreach has the ability to share templates, emails, sequences, and other key information across my organization. I can see what sequences work best. I can see what templates work best. I can even see how many opens they get, how many replies they get, and how often they get engaged with.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have tighter integration with LinkedIn. If it could facilitate LinkedIn messaging from within outreach, that would be going from 'good' to 'great.'
It would also be greater if outreach had a built-in functionality similar to Chorus. If we could use outreach as a repository for call recordings, where I could listen in on other teammates' cold calls & qualification calls - it would be a phenomenal addition to the platform.

GOod Product
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the service and monthly check ins I receive from my Customer Success Rep. The automation triggers are the most helpful to me to make the sales reps as efficient as possible. We also use snippets and templates for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with SF were a little smoother. There are weird nuances like "contact role" required for opp activity logging. Other than that, I'm pretty happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reps are able to organize tasks in an efficient way.Their workflow is easily repeatable as I hire new reps. We are discovering more and more of what Outreach can do every week. The challenge is implementing the changes. We have seen the amount of calls, and visibility on call metrics improve since call data logs to SF automatically. Logging calls in SF is much less efficient than using Outreach. Also, using outreach VOIP, the work from home environment is less painful.
