Great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The capability of reaching out to multiple people effectively at once. And it's easy to use. The sequences are my favorite. I also use Outreach for phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be cautious of how many emails you send per domain within a 24 hour time limit. So you don't get blocked as spam. I don't know if this is something that can actually be solved by Outreach though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing outreach to our customers who are inactive. Hoping to get them to open the emails, respond and jump back into our platform to realize the value and skill up.

It's a great tool for business development purposes as well.
I love this app! I couldn't do my work without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is absolutely gorgeous. The more I have used this application, the more I have come to appreciate the attention to detail. This app brings beauty AND productivity to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose I dislike the fact that I only get to use this app through my company. At the current price point, it wouldn't make sense for me to license this app for personal use. However, I can imagine many personal use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is the bridge between insight (data) and action. Some apps do data well. Some apps do tasks well. Outreach does both with excellence, without compromising simplicity.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to organize my entire prospecting strategy, ensure it is fit for scale and follow up appropriately on all warm leads. SFDC & Gmail integrations are highlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot to dislike. The new feature Kaia can use some work (given it's AI based) my assumption is there needs to be much more data input to drive accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I was facing is keeping track of prospecting efforts - everything from accounts, divisions & personas to ensure each is receiving the appropriate messaging based on their challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Outreach, I can schedule email sequences, save templates, and see so many analytics! It's awesome as an account manager who's both hunting sales and also sending out helpful resources to my clients. I don't know what I'd do without Outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't just copy & paste contacts into your emails, you have to manually select each one. This can be annoying when you're emailing multiple peopel at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send and schedule mass emails easily, use templates I created or that others at my company have created. It makes it easy to be consistent across teams and to provide helpful resources for customers at a moment's notice. I also love the ability to track opens, clicks, and responses.

Do it!
Very easy to use and make my work much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders on my emails, it will just bump all emails to the top after I week so I can follow up efficiently with unresponsive clients. I have never had anything like it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I do not think I have a specific feature I dislike, maybe the connection with salesforce for me is not clear hence I do not use the reminders of my tasks very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to speak every single day with all my clients based internationally, I use it also to coordinate my calendar and meeting with clients and the reminders are helpful to follow up with unresponsive clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I think everyone can agree that creating templates to scale SDR prospecting efforts is very easy. Furthermore, tracking the success of different messaging approaches is critical to evolving how we communicate our value props to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach does not help sanitize data so that we avoid errors from auto-fill fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually messaging every single prospect is not scalable--obviously. Outreach modernizes an old-school approach and adds value to areas we didn't know were problems.

Sequencing features that allow you to work without working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI and navigating the platform itself could use some work. A back button or remembering where you left off would be nice.

Outreach helps me make sure that prospects don't fall through the cracks. Using tags makes this easy.

How simple outreach makes cold calling. Very easy to stay organized

It can sometimes be hard to follow the activity and sometimes it doesn't update very well when people open emails but other than that it's great

Easier to stay organized and cold call. I know exactly what tasks I have due each day

What do you like best about the product?
I love Outreach for outbounding prospecting. It's so easy to enroll prospects in a sequence and personalize messaging for each persona I'm reaching out to. I have high conversion rates (outreach->meeting) from sequences alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to say here. I personally wish I knew how to use Outreach better to get even more, qualified meetings booked with prospects. The backend is a little confusing, but still not hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to create a personalized email for every prospect so Outreach makes it easy to create messaging for different personas to use over and over again. I add my own language if I need to for different companies.
Seamless Integration to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the features that can be synced to Salesforce and admins are able to building trigger automation to reflect data from Salesforce to Outreach and vise-versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find any least helpful about Outreach as there are many training materials such as online courses + articles with GIPHY that makes it easy for a user/admin to educate themselves with the Outreach features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I am solving with Outreach are the governance model for our internal sales teams and ensuring that our instance have a standardized sequence and template process the Sales users to streamline their prospecting communication.
