What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with loading prospects into a sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate records across opportunities & prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management has been a big problem we're solving with Outreach. Being able to automate some of the prospecting piece is huge.
Best Tool I've Used for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is easy to use and intuitive. I use sequences, templates and snippets to help maximize sales efficiency. I've attend Outreach University sessions which were insightful and helpful. I've had issues with outreach and had good experiences with their support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is definitely a tool that needs to be learned, otherwise it may not be that effective since it can be overwhelming for reps to use. Otherwise, I think its a necessary tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to maximize prospecting efficiency by using sequences, and templates/snippets help me dramatically with emails. I also really love the Meetings function since I can much more easily set up meetings through outreach.
The best sales process streamlining tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless integration with our CRM and workflow tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complicated to self-set up and can be a tad slow when accessing from the chrome extension
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delayed customer/prospect responses, missed contact opportunities, not servicing my customers regularly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not using this tool you are most likely losing ground to a competitor of yours who does use it

What do you like best about the product?
- Outreach Support doing its best to help with day-to-day questions (in-product tours would help to reduce their intake on support queries);
- We were able to standardize our approach to Outreach even though we have 4 Regions on one instance (although we'd hope more features would be available in more languages);
- Reporting available (although broken and different in the sequence and reporting section) still allows us to benchmark and highlight what works; Aware that Outreach is trying to improve the reporting every year

What do you dislike about the product?
- Spend a lot of time explaining how to work Outreach (in-product tours would help to enable folks);
- Reporting different (reply rates calculated differently in the sequence and the reporting sections and I frankly do not know what the formulas are and benchmarks; tried to reach out to Success Manager, but it seems to be hard to get a clear explanation;
- I think for me, having industry benchmarks is essential when I am trying to understand what's good in the industry (we are currently missing this);
- Hard to manage sequences. I am unable to download sequences, and the editor is very hard to work (formatting sometimes is all over the place);

- Removing admin of logging activities in SFDC;
- Helping AEs to keep in touch with customers;

Think how you would synch it with Salesforce and go about onboarding all Regions on one instance (if a global organization).
A great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how integrated it is, and how one can leverage data to make insightful decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how hard it was to learn how to use this platform. It was complex as first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Outreach solved was automating my outbound activities. It streamlined my process.

It's a really easy to use tool that has enabled me to increase my prospecting efficiently materially

The Outlook integration could be improved, but I know it's something the Outreach team is working on

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and productive feature of outreach is the ability to create sequences and have your tasks automated. This goes beyond the step of a reminder because the sequence can be replicated for different lines of business and everything occurs in house which I love. I'm not a big fan of having to use multiple applications, so I have become more streamlined and overall more productive because of Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features require a higher level of understanding to get to the point of fully automating the prospecting sequence. Also, pulling certain reports or data is very helpful but may require addition time spent figuring it out, or taking training. Fortunately, Outreach offers training and webinars to help create a better experience and fully leverage the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to accomplish a much greater amount of prospecting and outreach in much less time. The best part is you don't have to sacrifice quality to get to this point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it upon yourself to become an expert and become proficient at using outreach. The dividends will pay off and the extra time spent learning the new tools will be worth it.
Intuitive, easy user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the user interface is intuitive and easy to use. it's organized and categorized in an easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
when sending a test email, it can be a bit confusing. But making edits are easy and quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to develop invitation templates for our sales team to use to drive registrations to our webinars. Adoption from our sales team has been good, and they're able to customize the template.
Essential product
What do you like best about the product?
My life would suck without sequencing, insights into who opens what, and features like tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
That its hard to look at your outboux/"Opened"/"Clicked" as a list - because it only shows prospect name and message, NOT their title, email/phone etc. Woul really improve so i dont have to open each contact in another tab to see who they work for

Mass emailing and outreach vs. manual, slow individual etc
Faster, more contacts reached, seeing who views email vs. who i should pursue on Linkedin instead
