Good, not great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a task list that shows what I need to complete and that I can send auto emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive at all. Makes it difficult to get help or understand how to do certain functions without someone doing extensive training. Lots of unexplained things happen and there is no answers to be found
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: Having a system to be able to set up sequences for specific personas and automate emails. Benefits: easy to set up bulk information to set tasks

What do you like best about the product?
- Sequences of daily tasks: calls, emails, so that it's easier for reps to prioritize and focue

What do you dislike about the product?
Automated emails set up by company admin went out without rep's knowledge, but it includes the rep's signature, so the rep's phone No. & names get circulated to so many people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- With outreach, it's so easy to schedule calls & email tasks, to make sure that reps are not calling / emailing any prospect too frequently.

packed with feature that allow Sales Reps to boost their customer engagement efforts, while also acting as their personal assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
Prospects are both Contacts and Leads from Salesforce. If Salesforce itself allows the existence of at least one Lead and one Contact with the same email address, we believe Outreach should too, and be able to manage the activities attached to the respective salesforce records. Also not liking the lack of flexibility on smart view, for example it's impossible to add columns, like it is in salesforce list views. from an admin stand point, the fact that triggers cannot easily be searched to figure out which triggers contain a given condition or value, is a big miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
engaging high volume of leads; tracking follow ups by their due time; closing leads promptly when customers don't engage; manage meetings smartly; etc

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are easy to create, template and copy from. You can scale out to lots of different sequences very quickly

We ended up standing up two instances to keep them separate from different teams.

We were trying to build consistency in our messaging across our sales outreach efforts which we have achieved.

If you want to have consistent touchpoints on your outbound marketing and sales efforts, Outreach is a great platform to build that capability
Framework tool for good cadence of interactions
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides a great framework for collaborating with (potential) customers on a regular cadence.
Repetition is key and this tool gives a set of features that a) work and b) are easy to use.
Nice integration with other tools (like email) and good dashboarding

It might come across as overwhelming (features), but on the other hand, the set of online documentation and support is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a cadence with outreaches to customers automate this cadence. You don't have to trach outreaches in Excel of calenders.
The benefit is a good cadence with customers without being very intrusive.
The tool also makes it less 'computerized' by providing customization and personalization settings.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look further - we have done a lot of research on these tools. Outreach is by far the best.
Also pricing should not be a blocker. If you implement and use Outreach well, it's paid back immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can make a high number of outbound and inbound calls with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that it goes down and there is no notification oh why it went down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call our customers multiple times per day via the computer
My sales org uses Outreach daily - couldn't imagine doing my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing Outreach templates & snippets as a catalog to store my most common responses (saves SO much time), personalized messaging, and quick facts. I also love the organization of the platform across the board - it allows me to track key prospects, develop insights with analytics, and improve my prospecting overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take the same actions on every tab/page view - for example, I wish I could make call tasks or make notes on a prospect whether or not I'm looking at my Outbox or in the task page. I also think there should be a way to see all of the accounts in a list view rather than prospects and sort them based on a tiering structure. We have a lot of 'background info' on each account/prospect that would be helpful to access within Outreach. Such as the ability to categorize all of my Opp champions clearly, or see the notes I put on the Outreach account on the respective prospects. Also, not having full access to create sequences is a huge disadvantage, which is no fault of Outreach! Literally cannot say one bad thing about it, it's incredible and genius. Just food for thought, so grateful for it!

It narrows down the potential of my outreach efforts by tracking engagement, responses, history. It eliminates additional work I would spend on hundreds of people by highlighting the people I reached.

The ability to create a sequence to not only initiate contact but also have automated follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service would be significantly improved with a few basic tweaks: a desktop app to rival outlooks accessibility, a larger message window. Not deal-breakers at all, but would improve the experience!

Reaching a group of clients at one time is significantly easier and faster!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables our team to stay organized so prospects never slip through the cracks.

I wish the analytics and reporting were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Outreach solves is inefficiencies in the prospecting process. Our reps are able to execute multistep, multichannel, sequences at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of competitors in this space now, but Outreach continues to be the gold standard. However, it may be more than you need if you're just starting out with prospecting.
