What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can make a high number of outbound and inbound calls with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that it goes down and there is no notification oh why it went down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call our customers multiple times per day via the computer
My sales org uses Outreach daily - couldn't imagine doing my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing Outreach templates & snippets as a catalog to store my most common responses (saves SO much time), personalized messaging, and quick facts. I also love the organization of the platform across the board - it allows me to track key prospects, develop insights with analytics, and improve my prospecting overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take the same actions on every tab/page view - for example, I wish I could make call tasks or make notes on a prospect whether or not I'm looking at my Outbox or in the task page. I also think there should be a way to see all of the accounts in a list view rather than prospects and sort them based on a tiering structure. We have a lot of 'background info' on each account/prospect that would be helpful to access within Outreach. Such as the ability to categorize all of my Opp champions clearly, or see the notes I put on the Outreach account on the respective prospects. Also, not having full access to create sequences is a huge disadvantage, which is no fault of Outreach! Literally cannot say one bad thing about it, it's incredible and genius. Just food for thought, so grateful for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It narrows down the potential of my outreach efforts by tracking engagement, responses, history. It eliminates additional work I would spend on hundreds of people by highlighting the people I reached.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a sequence to not only initiate contact but also have automated follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service would be significantly improved with a few basic tweaks: a desktop app to rival outlooks accessibility, a larger message window. Not deal-breakers at all, but would improve the experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a group of clients at one time is significantly easier and faster!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables our team to stay organized so prospects never slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics and reporting were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Outreach solves is inefficiencies in the prospecting process. Our reps are able to execute multistep, multichannel, sequences at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of competitors in this space now, but Outreach continues to be the gold standard. However, it may be more than you need if you're just starting out with prospecting.

Best sales engagement platform, easily track your activity, helps plan your days and creates structure
Outreach allows flexibility and direction for planning out sales comms

Field mapping and ability to build segments based on SF fields. Sequence startey is very flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much more potential with triggers. Need to trigger when a sequence ends. Tags should be able to be used as an action or criteria in tirggers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scaling our sales team comms across different points in our pipeline. We have multiple teams operating out of Outreach. One that is almost fully automatic thanks to triggers.
Gets the job done in a modern platform
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility into my prospecting is enormous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lot of issues with the Salesforce integration, but I'm not sure if it's on Salesforce or Outreach's end

Visibility into the entire life of the prospect has made the MDR role much more efficient in time management.
Super charge your prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic platform and a must for anyone in tech sales. It allows you to organize your workflow, create sequences, and prospect more efficiently with tasks. After using it, I can't imagine not having it. It's a must-have!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve takes time if you are mainly a Sales Force lightning user. It's worth the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving task management and prioritizing accounts by using real-time data and email prospecting.
Outreach SDR Usage Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the homepage is and how easy it is to navigate to different dashboards, actions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer in Outreach could be a little less complex - the extension makes things easier for sure; there is also opportunity to embed a "power" dialer in the platform as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach saves a LOT of time for our SDRs - enables them to set up sequences, organize/complete their day to day tasks. One of the biggest benefits is definitely the data we are able to analyze and understand reps' conversion rates, activity levels, etc.

An extremely, intuitive platform for sales reps

It decides calls and emails for me so I dont have to dedicate resources to that
