What do you like best about the product?
I love how users can be split up into teams or "collections" that are unique to those specific business units.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside at times is connection issues with other software tools that we use (Dialpad, Salesforce).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our users to setup sequences and calling campaigns very easily and manage their incoming contacts/leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's fast. Almost no bugs. Well thought system. I can easily google questions I have. pretty logical. Has many options for different businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
I dodn't like that sequences have to be started after every replied email. Sometimes they are just about 'thank you for the information'. Sometimes it's not obvious where to find an answer and I have to google it. But they are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it's about visibility of leads and the smoothness of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to call down on tasks. Super easy to figure out, plus many excellent integrations built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing to say about what I dislike! Super easy tool to use.

Easy allows me to get through my tasks and keep organized so I can easily hit my KPIs and will enable me to stay in front of my top prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to navigate. Email outreach through this software is also very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too pressing comes to mind. However, I'd like to see more website links to folks I'm contacting populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From time to time, our time will have connectivity issues, but this is rare. Benefits-wise, being able to track and pull data from our reps' work is great!

Love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Robust feature set that works extremely well and covers the wide set of rep needs. Also, plugs into SFDC seamlessly with a lot of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up isn't always the best. Voice, in particular, is annoying. If you mess up giving an account, it can cause problems. They're getting big enough that support and CS is a little slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Outreach at many companies now and it streamlines all workflows, logs everything seamlessly, allows for unification and testing in messaging, and ensures that we are reaching out to people in effective and consistent ways. There's so many benefits here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can shop around, but it's the best. Only one other is a worthy competitor in my opinion

What do you like best about the product?
Having a proper overview of how the team is performing, and which actionable solutions we can provide following data generated through Email Sentiment, Call Data, Sequence useage, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack to personalise reports directly on Outreach (requires a lot of manual looking around + export function is as useful as it could be, given all the data that is on Outreach). The inability to find and organise Tags in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding prospects to slip through the cracks, quickly find and organise them to reengage

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very easy to learn for new sales reps. With the integration with Salesforce it makes tracking your prgress with accounts and contacts simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rare but some infrequent outages did hold up our team for a few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve problems for tracking activity and the effectiveness of our messaging through email and call reviews. It's easy to centralize the message through sequences.
