Fast and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you are able to write down call tasks as reminders as well as the simplicity of writing down notes for each call and having everything logged in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when outreach can be slow, and sometimes it doesn't sync well with salesforce where it is slow or the tab doesnt appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have accurate follow up with my prospects and check the notes I wrote down for each one so I know who to target. I also can know and track how many calls I have per week which allows me to know if I need to make more or less calls.

Outreach is In Reach!

What do you like best about the product?
The enablement of this tool across our SDR function was seamless. The UI is easy and intuitive so it was fairly quick to get them up and running, which was ideal to start proving ROI of the platform. In addition, the analytics are impeccable compared to competitors and being able to set the workflows really helps us with compliance, tracking and supporting the marketing side.
What do you dislike about the product?
The highest count tracked by status is 100k so you have to click into it to see the actual count which isn't super convenient as a lot of our databases are going to hit this threshold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Followup SLA is the main problem we're solving for - ensuring that MQLs are followed up in a timely manner with the most personalized message. Having multiple sequences and integrations compatible with Outreach, we can easily put leads into the best sequences that fit them based on their persona, interest, industry, etc. By automating this process, we take that pressure off our SDRs so they can continue to work through prospects that are further down the funnel that need a much more hands-on approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach by far stands out against its competitors. It's not only a game-changer for the ADR/Sales team but an exceptional partner for Marketing to utilize. It will create even better alignment with Sales counterparts and allow for a 360 view into the experience the customer/prospect is receiving, allowing for ongoing optimization by using the reporting that Outreach provides alongside the anecdotal feedback from Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is pretty easy to use and once you get a rhythm you are able to work much faster and effeciently
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little disorganized for large organizations if everyone is creating their own content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings is huge. I can't imagine having to be a sales rep today without it.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has spent the last 5+ years in an outbound type of role, Outreach is truly the best sales engagement tool out there. It has a super intuitive UI, making adoption seamless across sales, marketing and success. In today's remote environment, I cannot imagine a world without Outreach where it allows us to balance automation with personalization. They also continue to invest in their product and roll out new functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extracting meaningful data has been a challenge, as well as a few workflow nuances.

Automate key functions of our sales process, task management, increased pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the fact that the UI is friendly and inviting to play around and learn. However, the true power in organizing my day-to-day prospecting and automating emails through sequences is a plus, and also getting visibility of engagement makes outreach my go-to tool every day. Features such as voicemail drop make a huge difference in saving time from call to call and I no longer have to stare at my CRM for hours trying to figure out what my day looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like is a mobile app for both iOS and Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outreach is an elite outbounding tool

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has such a simple UI that's clean and easy to use. We keep our content organized with collections, tags, and naming conventions that make everything easy to find. The reporting & intelligence feature allows us to analyze our content and continuously improve our content for the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Outreach. The one area that I wish was more robust was the reporting feature. But I think those improvements are coming soon :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently went through a massive Outreach optimization project where we redesigned our entire instance. We had over 12k sequences with very little consistency across the board. Through our optimization we archived over 11k of those sequences and now have a content library that's manageable and reportable.

We have a team that creates, edits, and reviews copy to put into Outreach and our sales team doesn't have the ability to activate their own sequences so everything must go through that team. It was a bit of a process change for the sales team at first, but they're realizing the time they're saving not having to create or build anything in Outreach. They can hand off that process and focus on creating reports to put into that sequence.

This has given us the ability to create a process of consistent messaging and work closely with our marketing teams to ensure we have content for events and campaigns that is written by experts and used by everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates. I like being able to insert complex templates for repetitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications. The plugin is consistently asking me to reload or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time to be able to take emails and templatize them. I make small changes to personalize and then send them out.

Inability to edit specific templates if administrators have it set up that way.

Helps me reach larger audience of customers/clients and set up more meetings.

You should leverage Outreach PM's to ensure a correct fit and determine sequences and templates ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use, that we can easily A|B test our subject lines, messaging, etc. Bulk Create is an absolute lifesaver. I am also looking forward to seeing what come about from the new data and analytics platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I would like to be able to send blank LI requests as our references suggest this would increase the acceptance rate of our invites to prospects, making it easier for us to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending targeted messaging to specific prospect subsets at scale.

Amazing Sales Enablement Tool: A must have for every sales professional

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps me very well organized. I know just what I need to do every day. The automation aspect of Outreach is also a great benefit. For example, I sent a manual email to the President and CEO of a paint company, not expecting a response; Outreach sent a follow-up email on my behalf the next day saying..." just making sure you saw this...." and I got a response from that follow up email. I am amazed at the results. I absolutely would recommend Outreach to any sales professional wanting to take their sales outreach to the next level,
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the opt out aspect of Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me organized. Keeps me on track with my prospects. I have gotten returned emails from using Outreach and nobody ever returns emails. This is a great tool.
