Create Sequences to Stay on Top of Opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
It is very technolically savvy and up to date. It helps me stay on top of all of my leads and opportunities. I can do this by creating sequences and tasks to automatically send emails and receive reminders to make a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to use. I don't know where everything in the system is and often have to click around to find something I am looking for in Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Outreach - I would often forget to follow up with a client or not reach out to a client as many times as I would have liked. Outreach has helped me stay on top of my calls and emails. I am now using sequences and tasks in order to not have clients slip through the cracks.

Sequences are the most helpful part of Outreach

THe Customer support takes awhile to respond to any inquiries

We are now able to reach a large number of prospects and are seeing more meetings scheduled.

It can do so much and is very informative on how active our sales team is. It's helpful to determine what kinds of messaging does and does not work.

Good ability to integrate with other platforms, using sequences and templates

Could be easier to suggest certain content or best practices that would resonate with prospects

being able to track all account activity (email, calls, etc.) on a single sheet and then receiving a daily email update with progress

some learning curve required to use and interpret effectively ... not the most intuitive program ever used

Outreach is software that Integrates well into most suites of sales operations tools. Integrates many into a single view well.

Outreach is easy to use and intuitive. It has increased our pipeline generation by leaps and bounds.

It is pretty straightforward and easy to use.

Powerful tool for sales orgs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sequence an email saves a lot of time on tasks I would otherwise do manually. It's also nice to see the templates that other teams use and success rate of those. The booking tool is great too and makes scheduling meetings so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Throttle limits, which is fine for not bombarding a prospect, but for those in alliance/partner-facing roles rather than sales, we often interact with hundreds of users at the partner org and have found Outreach can be a challenge in that aspect.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it so simple to coordinate marketing and sales efforts. We often use Outreach to trigger xDR follow-up based on marketing engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization is key. When using triggers like I mentioned in my likes, it's easy for those follow-up tasks to get buried in tasks or stuck in old sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It plays a significant role in keeping our CRM updated with activity history and helps us present a unified message across all emails.
