PERFECT AS A SALES ENABLEMENT TOOL

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send AUTOMATED emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to send text messages to prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Outreach, we weren't able to engage with prospects in a timely/efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Has customizable sequences which are inherently simple to setup

Synching back to Salesforce isn't the best integration piece here

What do you like best about the product?
1. User-friendly layout
2. Extensive reporting abilities - filters and dimensions available make it very easy to search for and export data
3. Accuracy of data ( esp custom fields on accounts)
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Can be problematic while integrating data into SF
2. Not easy to learn - a lot of data on one page, can take a lot of time to understand what KPIs are displayed
3. Customer support can be extremely slow in responding

1. Sequencing became more automated
2. Improved data management and visibility into BDR's activities

What do you like best about the product?
The features available to reps to take emails to a more efficient or personalized approach. Send an email doesn't have to feel automated or mass produced. It can be personalized with fields available to them in Salesforce. Emails can be templatized so they don't have to rewrite the emails that work best for them. Templatized emails and cadences help new reps just joining out of college in their sales career benefit from best practices and examples from their peers and senior reps that have been in their shoes. This tool is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/Integration in Salesforce. I would love if there was more capabilities that can be done out of Salesforce. Most reps dislike leaving Salesforce and disrupt their work flow so its harder to get them to adopt the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking which emails is being engaged the most to identify methods others should also adopt. Identifying SLA and # of emails being sent per rep. Pushing this data in Salesforce. Outreach provided all of this through its platform, it allows us to track the # of emails sent which prospects are being engaged via sequence or was emailed recently. It allows us to push valuable data to SFDC so we can also report on it and report on SLA for MQL/TQL's.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get set up, with the knowledgeable resource library that specializes in Sales Enablement for historical sales success. The focus and emphasis on historical sales success help to accomplish tasks retroactively that cannot be done elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems to only have inbound and outbound sales, but any attribution-based marketing might even be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To follow a particular user through the customer journey flow and determine the customer's lifetime value, it is important to recognize that the integrations within the platform are crucial in assisting with this process.

What do you like best about the product?
-Sequences are easy to set up, share, A/B test, edit, and see performance
-Integration to CRM is easy to set up
-Easy to update account and prospect owners
-tasking is very optimized
What do you dislike about the product?
-The search and filter functionality needs some improvement
-You also can't build your own reports
-It would be great if you got more Account summary info, like contacts in sequence for an account, sequence started, more recent, how many sequences touching contacts on an account, etc. and if you could integratet his to your CRM

-efficiency for reps, reducing manual and admin tasks
-improving messaging and effectiveness across the team by reporting on successful emails and sequences

Outreach helps optimize lead follow up and prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to create sequences, add prospects to those sequences (manually or in an automated way), and complete the tasks within those sequences. Using task lists, our reps know exactly what they need to do each day to follow up with their prospects or prospect into accounts. Reps can also connect their Gmail calendars to Outreach, making it easy for them to book meetings with prospects. The integrations with SFDC and LinkedIn are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't customize the prospect "page layout" as much as I would like. If I could I'd be able to surface only the information that is most relevant to the rep as they rep is following up with the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring no lead is left behind; Optimizing how our reps spend their days; Providing a better prospect experience by ensuring inquiries are responded to quickly and effectively; Decreasing the time from lead generation to opp creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your team is committed to and has an actual plan for using a platform like this. AEs are often times less inclined to use these kinds of tools than BDRs and ISRs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is insane! I can live in outreach pretty much all day. The Chrome extension is a clutch when getting your day started. And, if you aren't using the triggers then you are missing out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach we are able to save time and effort. We are able to automate 80-90 percent of outreach email activities. The alerts and reminders keep you on track and make sure no opportunity is left on the table.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to optimize your sales flow and shorten sales cycles then Outreach is what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for prospecting. The sequences allow you to easily build out email/call campaigns with prospects, and it also delivers insight regarding what messaging is most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing at times to understand when an email is scheduled to go out and which individuals are actually opening my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand gen - reaching as many prospects as possible in a short period of time.

Best Sales Sequencing CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with the program. The interface is very intuitive. You can jump in on day one and build sequences and work through your prospects efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't as robust as what I'd like to see. You have to play with the different filter functions to pull the individual data you need. If wanting to review team data, it's much more manageable. Also, the email sync with Gmail is one way currently. It would be nice if emails sent from Gmail to prospects would import to track in Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach's plugin works perfectly with Gmail, Salesforce, Gong, and Zoom. This capability makes the prospecting process have a more straightforward flow and reduces wasted time by transferring the data from one program to another.
