Good Platform to build a predictable revenue model from scratch
What do you like best about the product?
The AB testing is super helpful in identifying what messages work for the market. The sequence stats provide insights into how the different actions influence outbound success. The automation you can build is beneficial. The meeting types are good for understanding the CAC of each deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are specific bugs with the search functionality and is not the most intuitive pice of software. You should have a dedicated resource for the solution to be utilized at the ful potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building predictable revenue model.

All good, just work on the bugs.
Great application for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to thread emails in sequences is one of the best aspects of this application. It is pretty robust and flexible when utilizing schedules, rulesets, and triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in accessing data through the API (e.g., no cc/bcc function, cannot see external SFDC Ids on prospects). Triggers are also relatively limited in what they can handle. Some of the automation that we'd like to have would require too many triggers to fire for each unique sequence, so it's anywhere from difficult to impossible to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's ability to view all previous conversations with a prospect in one go has helped me understand previous conversations that go years back and reach out appropriately. Outreach provides a one of a kind experience to sales specialists: sequence, follow-up, add tasks, everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is a little slow sometimes and needs re-login multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to prospects using multiple sequences in different languages at a time frame defined by us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have my tasks scheduled out so that I don't miss reaching out to any of my prospects. I also like that we can see exactly which steps of a sequence prospects are interacting with, and I can go back into my sequences and change messaging for anything that doesn't seem to be working.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I don't like is that my font size isn't adjustable (it's either too big or too small, and it won't mimic my outlook font for some reason)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased engagement with my target audience and setting appointments with new prospects. I have realized that the main benefit is overall efficiency when trying to generate new business (being able to add and automate sequences saves a massive amount of time)

This is a very effective tool to increase revenue due to efficiency in your workflow

They have a very solid SFDC integration and their triggers allow you to do some things that aren't possible in SFDC

There are a few gaps in their triggers feature that they still need to add, for example, moving a prospect from one sequence to another after they open an email

We were trying to see if we could do personalization at scale. Outreach absolutely delivers this.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an easy-to-use email sender software that allows for seamless tracking of prospect responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to find anything to dislike. The tool integrates well with Salesforce and other helpful tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our business development team to work and track prospects through the contact funnel.
Pretty good tool for managing sales leads
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily log touch points is a game-changer for us. Making that an easy fluid action allows you to stay productive and really move through your call list.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot export all your data, any information regarding touchpoints (emails, calls, notes, etc.) only exists within the system and cannot be imported or exported. Also, you cannot import tasks, but you can export them, so making changes proves to be tricky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, with employee turnover being able to see where the conversation left off is crucial, also being able to set reminders for months or even years out with detailed notes is excellent.
