Great tool with some gaps

What do you like best about the product?
Back in my SDRs years, we had to create manual sequences, send manual emails, and all the tasks, reminders had to be done on salesforce. As a SDR manager, I don't use this tool for prospecting, but my reps do and I love a lot of the functionalities there that make the prospecting effort so much easier and faster. I wish I had something similar years ago. They mainly use salesforce to create opps, but most of the tasks management can be done on outreach which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a manager, I don't love outreach. The manager views are very confusing and time-consuming. For every single metrics I want to see, I need to type the same filter over and over again. I wish there was an easier way to see all the crucial metrics from each rep on one single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reaching out to prospects in bulk, tasks management (emails, calls, reminders), outreach analytics..

Improved workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Email sequencing takes care of a lot of repetitive and mundane follow-up communications that I would otherwise do manually. With email sequencing, my follow-up emails get sent on time and reliably. I step in and start communicating manually once a contact replies to any step within my sequence. Email sequencing relieves a lot of the frustration I feel when customers ghost me. I also get analytics from my email sequences, which give me insight into how effective my messaging is, if contacts have opened my emails, and what their sentiment was.

The scheduling tool also helps my workflow tremendously. I can add my booking link to emails with a click of a button, or embed my available timeslots directly into the email. The booking tool makes booking meetings much easier and avoids much of the back and forth communication that people experience when trying to book meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is built mainly for sales reps. I would love to see more features geared towards Customer Success Managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach email sequences have reduced my workload when it comes to follow-up emails. The Outreach scheduling tool has made booking meetings more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sequence communication tools like phone, email, and LinkedIn. Stability of platform and never offline or broken. Responsive customer service. Great educational tools to learn the platform. It's the ultimate sales development tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's amazing at what it is, I love it, and I use it daily. It's worth the price, and when utilized properly, it can easily pay for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create multi channel sequences of separate communication tools. Email templates are helpful and I can set 10+ emails to be delivered in the future exactly when I want. The phone dailer with local area codes is fantastic too.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach streamlines the day-to-day sales tasks and makes it easier to keep track of all sales activities in one place. Outreach saves me time and helps improve organization so that you never forget to follow up with a prospect or customer. I find the automation extremely beneficial to building pipeline. The insights that Outreach provides make it easy to tell when a prospect is engaging with your emails and the analytics enable you to tweak your sequences/messaging as needed so that you are performing as efficiently as possible. One of the most helpful aspects of Outreach is the integration with SalesForce because it syncs all of the emails/calls that are made using Outreach into your CRM so that you do not have to manually enter this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many complaints that I have about Outreach. The chrome extension can become somewhat slow when adding prospects to sequences but the benefits still outweigh the times when the platform is running slowly. Outreach will show you if someone else already has a prospect in sequence (which is super helpful), but it would be nice to see if someone else is prospecting into the same account and I do not believe that this is something that Outreach offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and organization are the biggest problems that are being solved with Outreach. I have been able to save so much time by automating manual emails and am able to better keep track of my day-to-day tasks by using the 360 view. Outreach also helps improve engagement and has helped me re-engage opportunities with prospects that have gone cold.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a platform that will help save your reps time and improve their productivity, then Outreach is a perfect fit for your organization. The automation is essential to helping build continuous pipeline and the analytics enable you to improve your messaging so that you are performing as efficiently as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple admin and contact management. Flexible sequences that we can easily spin up and experiment with in small iterations. Also really like the clear data and insights on the performance across sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a tighter integration into our CRM, Pipedrive. There are some 3rd-party tools that can bridge the gap, but a native integration would be a major enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach and tracking of propsects. To be honest, we're a bit shocked how successfully we've been able to connect with high value prospects using Outreach. The easy-to-use interface let's us run lots of small experiments to test what's working and what's not, to ultimately refine our messaging and targets.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the prime features of Outreach is the "bump" feature--to pull up non-responded emails to the front of your inbox around a pre-determined timeline. The other is sqeuncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would stay logged in rather than having to login to often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its clear that what Outreach can help with is not to lose track of potential leads and, therefore, future business.

What do you like best about the product?
The majority of fields we wanted to sync via Salesforce worked perfectly. I like the automation of changing a Lead Status based on the interaction within the sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
More so an internal process and management than an Outreach problem - but Phone call tasks cannot be auto skipped, so if your reps are over capacity the prospect will sit in an idle state until that call is skipped manually or completed. Over time this can add up and become problematic. Absolutely can be maintained and managed by a process though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster targetted responses to leads and prospects. We can get out tailored messages and track SDR volume much easier within the system than in a spreadsheet or Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and managing an email cadence. The flow is simple and is easy for new users to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to manage contacts within Outreach. If you want to add new contacts you have to first upload them to SFDC and then add to a cadence in Outreach. Other software lets you upload contacts directly to a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times where users haven't asked us to email them. Tools like Pardot restrict you from emailing those contacts. Outreach allows us to email them, as well as track all the messages that our company is sending.

Solid Email Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to build and run sequences, upload and segment users, and track sequence performance. The support team is also stellar, we've consistently received quick responses during years of using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with HubSpot is not particularly robust. It was pretty annoying to keep information in sync between the two systems. Once we got that set up, we haven't really had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for outbound email campaigns, primarily for prospecting or feedback.
