Outreach is a must have for any salesperson/org

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has an incredibly simple UI that makes the work of a salesperson incredibly easy to organize/prioritize your day. I honestly cannot imagine not having this technology in any sales job, as it makes task management incredibly easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm being honest, the only thing I dislike is that there wasn't a proper training session from an Outreach rep. However, that is simply because I was onboarded after the technology was already put into place, and 1:1 account setup/navigation is not a realistic standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated above, outreach takes all the difficulty of managing 100s upon 100s of prospects and condenses it into a manageable workload. Whether that is organizing them into sequences or simply reminding me that I have a due task, it makes sales organizing easier. I now have more time to spend trying to close business rather than figuring out what I need to do with my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has:
- Great UI
- Easy to use/train new employees
- Bi-directional sync with SFDC
- Easy (ish) Implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can use:
- Better reporting or custom reporting/exporting
- Easier filtering
- Ability to delete users!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to grow our business without growing the team immediately. This tool , if implemented correctly and adopted but team, will do that. I feel that is best for true Outbound/cols outreach and nurturing future clients

Outreach is a POWERFUL email campaign solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach UI is very user-friendly. Initial setup from an Admin perspective is also user-friendly. Outreach provides live training for all the roles in your organization and has a University where you can complete self-guided study. The reporting functionality gives you a quick snapshot of the activity your reps are completing, what content is working with prospects, and how much pipeline is being generated across all roles in the org. Building a Sequence is easy, and Outreach provides blueprints to help. CRM write-back guarantees all activity is going to your CRM. The Outreach browser extension lets you work anywhere with an organized layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the three years we've been Outreach customers, our organization has not experienced any negative results or a "downside" of using Outreach. Their client success team has the lowest turnover of all the vendors we use so we have had the same rep since inception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send emails and content more efficiently. Sequences keep us organized with follow-up and next steps. Outreach provides analytics into views and opens of our emails which helps us build more robust content. We can work with Marketing on campaigns and create effective messaging for all roles within our Sales organization. Email activity is captured and synced back to our CRM for visibility across all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ease of configuring other solutions to our Outreach instance. We use ZoomInfo, and it was easy enough to configure the two. It is straightforward for our users to upload data to Outreach from Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is clunky. There was an instance where I needed to contact Outreach customer support about a feature issue where the dialer was entering extension numbers I press twice, making it impossible to get to where I needed to be. The interactions with the support team were nice, but it took a while for them to get the bug fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make as many smart dials as possible. Outreach allows our reps to maximize the time they spend by giving them access to all the information needed to execute quality cold calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to send 1K emails a day and track who opens each email. It allows me to stay organized and gives me insight into each account and lead I am prospecting. I really like the ability to pick exactly what time and day your emails go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see who your leads forward your email to or get a notification that your email was forwarded so I can tell there may be some interest internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to prospect at scale. I have been able to reach thousands of more prospects that I would not have the ability to without Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
-The variety in the sequence steps - be it a manual email, automated email, LinkedIn, or calling - Outreach is a one-stop-shop platform to organize and personalize it all.
-Scheduling of the emails
-The ability to view all the past conversation
-The ability to integrate with Salesforce that updates it all automatically
-The daily task notification ensures that you are at the top of your activity numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing: Whenever the task section is closed on the right, I get redirected to the Tasks tab again.
It becomes a little annoying especially when you are on a 'Sequence/Prospect' tab; you close the task on the right and you are taken to the 'Tasks' tab again
