Essential to Success of Our Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach automates emails/call sequences for more efficient selling. We are able to set up email templates and streamline our communications. By automating and prioritizing all customer communications throughout the sales process, Outreach increases the productivity of our sales team. It empowers them to drive more leads, get more meetings on the books and meet KPIs/revenue goals. The integration with Seismic is another feature I love because our sales team can share all our assets ungated and we can still track who is viewing those assets and for how long. This gives us more insight into what assets are moving the needle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better reporting and integrations. Right now, we are not able to export raw data from total usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving prospect management and making the process more efficient with automation. This tool saves our sales, marketing and customer teams a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend Outreach!

Sales Engagement Product for All

What do you like best about the product?
Pros:
- Great UI
- Easy to use
- Evolving analytics
- Calendaring capabilities are excellent for sellers & non-sellers as well
- Fantastic bi-directional sync with SFDC
- Opportunity management is pretty strong
- Account based selling is quite easy to implement
- New CI has some setbacks but it's new so thats expected but our Beta testers are quite happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons:
- Some of the reports are off at times, but that's easy to fix, considering their integration with SFDC is quite strong.
- Triggers can use a little lift, they're deifnitely better than other sales enagement products but aren't ideally when an account is owned by multiple users (such as an SDR, AE & CSM)
- Calendaring is great but we can't use it on our website if a contact/customer wanted to schedule an immediate meeting with the account owner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we're solving for:
- Auto-tracking activity
- Consistent follow up
- Not letting inbound leads fall through the cracks
- Account based selling
- Identifying high priority accounts w/o activity & working in tandem with other stakeholders internally to game plan
- Top to funnel conversion to actual business revenue genertaion

Benefits:
- Consistency in revenue generation
- Ability to report on how users are performing & identifying gaps in their knowledge
- Quite easy for users to adapt
- Open API allows us to extract all the necessary data points we need to identify ROI
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product for revenue-generating teams & is definitely a leader in the space.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use platform for one-to-many emails, works well with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to export data like "click rates" and "open rates" as a .csv file with contact name/info would make it much more efficient in terms of lead follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach and automating follow up are the main focus, this platform can scale up interactability with quality prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting is challenging, but the platform gives you all the tools to be successful. I really like how efficient it makes my day. I am able to prioritize the tasks I would like to complete rather than getting lost in the shuffle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that some emails don't send right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really any problems persay. I would say the main benefits are being more efficient and prioritizing the outreach that is important to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for end-users, ability to configure based on profiles / roles, integration within salesforce (plugin) and gsuite. Easy admin process for profiles, permissions, etc. Also, Outreach support is top-notch. I really appreciate their chat feature and how quickly tickets are resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations to reporting are often a challenge within our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying key areas for prospecting and outreach to potential customers, new customers, existing customers. Leveraging email templates and sequences. Marketing outreach and sequencing.

Too many back doors in the platform, where you can get to one page from multiple different other pages

Automating follow-ups, driving greater email velocity at top of funnel

Be ready to have a person on your team "own" the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Analysis and sequencing abilities; the SFDC integration directly in the app; the overlay w/Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SFDC sync can be a bit slow, and you wonder if it is frozen; the back end UI is so customizable that it is almost cumbersome to find some fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Outreach to replace another tracking tool, and the metrics are being captured to increase SDR output quality.

The analysis has shown that our open rates are actually significantly lower than we thought, and the messaging we are using needed a complete overhaul.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great for organizations looking to amplify their sales analysis game. If you don't have someone on your team with Salesforce Admin-level knowledge, you may want to purchase the advanced integration as it is quite a decent amount of heavy lifting - especially if you have a customized Salesforce instance.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Outreach for 5+ years now. I've watched them grow from a small startup to an enterprise company seemingly overnight.

I like that they listen to their customers, they have a well-integrated platform, and they generally make things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Their cost keep climbing
-They only will allow seats for individual users rather than important functions at our company (ex. support@xyx.com, sales@xyz.com, legal@xyz.com). We've been asking for a while to allow this, but they won't budge. Because of this, we need multiple vendors with function overlap.
-They are pushy with their sales - tons of upselling pressure.
- It is a pain to add seats. Each time we email our sales rep, they send us to support, three support people separately reach out, the sales person sends a document, and then all of them apologize for the hasle. Happened the last 4 times we added seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to gain visibility into our outbound and inbound sales processes, automate key functions and prioritize warmer opps. We also have been able to customize/scale messaging while sending in bulk.
