Pretty good! a little confusing at times
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save templates and snippets. The Gmail integration is excellent, and it's cool that I can see how many times they opened the email. Also, the customer support chat is GREAT! Everyone I've spoken to has gone above and beyond to help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things on the platform aren't super intuitive, like the sequences or prospect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time using the templates and google calendar integration

Helps my team prioritize their day with tasks. No need to keep a separate list of who needs a call back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to schedule sequences ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the multiple outbound campaigns the team is working on. It's easy to see which sequence a prospect is in when they're going through their task list.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for multitasking - I can have a set of tasks queued up and still review numbers for the week at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I hang up from a phone call of the notes that I had been recording get deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity is certainly higher, keeping track of numbers is easy and very easy to compare stats with colleagues to keep on the right track
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Click around for a bit to familiarize yourself with the software, it's a learn as you go type of training.
Adds time, but very handy tool, with expert and prompt support service.

1. Personal assistant/manager that prompts me of pending/upcoming tasks so I don't have to keep track

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Adding/Moving steps - should be able to add a step at any stage of the sequence and also easily move a step to any stage in the sequence
2. Glitches on the plug-in after executing tasks - often, does not reflect correct info and requires multiple attempts at executing the task
3. Call glitches - call button stops working and starts working only after restarting PC (not just the app)
4. Selecting tasks (to execute) should be made easy by tapping, rather than checking off the tiny boxes

The reporting is clear and easy to use. Your customer success team is always so help and willing to solve my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a lot of copy maintenance. Recommendations would be helpful.

Automating our touchpoints throughout our user network. It streamlines this activity!

Sequences are very solid for sales with Salesforce integration

It's a really great tool for automated sequences, monitoring communications between reps and customers, and managing follow up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we wait several days to hear back from their support team and I have to follow up just to get a reply. Also they've changed reps on us so many times that I've stopped trying to keep track. Basically as they've gotten larger we're no longer "feeling the love".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our revenue has grown substantially in the time since we started using Outreach. It has allowed us to scale our customer engagement and lead generation initiatives.
Very good productivity and efficiency tool to automate the sales outreaching process

the process automation, the fact it reminds me what to do next in the task area and the email view indication

It is somehow cumbersome to navigate and remember where to go to perform some everyday actions such as remove a lead from a sequence

Problem solved: a lot of manual, reiterative work Benefits: automation and insights (ab testing)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach works very well as an extension to SFDC to automate your prospect engagement in a very efficient manner. It saves tons of time, especially when you have a large number of contacts/prospects you are looking to interact with and the template tool is genious because it lets you add a specific portion as requoired per email
The best prospecting platform for a data driven team
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is best in class for reporting and analytics when it comes to our sales intelligence. They release new features on an impressive cadence that allows our opps team to keep a strong pulse on how our sequences and reps are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating part of using the data is that a good chunk of the exciting insights cannot be synced to Salesforce. They only allow 10% of your user base to have admin licenses, so if multiple executives and managers want to see the insights and manipulate them, they would need a full user license (which is not affordable as a reporting tool).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to look at multiple sequences against one another while also looking at how each rep performs with that sequence.
This tool is amazing. For sequencing it is a great tool

The sequencing is the best part. And the integragtion with salesforce works like gem

The Ui can be better. Sometimes it seems outdated
