- Insights: The insights you get about each of your campaigns, really makes a huge difference

Integration: I would have enjoyed their integration with Hubspot being smooth, currently I am a bit confused.

What do you dislike about the product?
-I would like a better integration with salesforce to see reps open and reply rates
-I would like to see more automated triggers that pushes a prospect into a sequence automatically if they for example opened an email 3+ times (all the rep has to do then is call and not have to complete the task of moving a prospect from one sequence to another)

The ability to manage what message lands with a prospect and how important ICP sequences are

What do you like best about the product?
I've now used Outreach at two organizations and it's been a major boost in making my reps more efficient. The recent reporting enhancements were major improvements and provide valuable insights into various aspects of my team's day-to-day work. I prefer the interface to others I've used and my teams have been able to quickly get down the basics and use the knowledge base resources to improve their skills and understanding of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, lead imports into Outreach from SFDC are best done through a contact list. Unfortunately, SFDC limits the number of filters on contact lists and this presents challenges when refining lead lists. Importing to Outreach via reports is possible, but the process is less user-friendly and it's not a great long-term solution.
It would be great to have a drag and drop feature built into sequence creation, too. Edits are time-consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining clear activity records in SFDC is much easier with Outreach and the visibility between my outbound and closing team is key.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy for sales and marketing to build and deploy custom content to large waves of prospects. Including tracking and dynamic content for LinkedIn has also greatly reduced the amount of time and systems we need to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is scare + needs significant improvement, help guides provide little guidance and reporting leaves something to be desired. There are also frequent, time-based sequence errors that require attention causing a bit of a hiccup in productivity.

Creating and tracking custom fields and custom content are simple - monitoring results are helpful.

There are too many issues with their servers. Hopefully, they will solve this soon.

It is the scaling of a growing SDR team that needs to reach out to many prospects while still being personal.
