What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences and insight into each prospect
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes at this time. I like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to contact multiple propects. Templates are easily accessed to put into Gmail. The visibility to see who is interacting with emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a try
Not as intuitive as I would like, but gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Allows my reps to automate their emails and keep them organized with daily tasks for prospecting, as well as measuring effectiveness / open rates / reply rates for our outbound messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the most intuitive reporting, doesn't notify me when there are outlier data points, so it makes it challenging to analyze for insights unless I spend all day in the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps save time with automated templates, snippets, and sequences. Ability to see how messages perform and what our read and response rates are for outgoing prospecting messages.
Great tool for cold calling, prospect management, and general initial outreach

the amount of time it saves me and lets fewer items fall through the cracks

The data insights aren't there yet, and not a good overall CRM.

Increase prospecting and overall outreach. Has helped me get in touch and follow up with many more businesses.
Outreach helps me organize all client-facing efforts on a daily basis.

Tasks and Especially sequences. They make sure I never let a contact fall by the wayside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dialing processes can be difficult. There have been bugs with connecting to my phone and getting a dial going. Right now, that is smooth, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm setting up my day for success by having all tasks laid out for me and adapting on the go as new ones pop up (as they inevitably do).

Relies on reps to stay organized and log correctly or data is inaccurate

Outreach enables us to be more strategic in our outbound motion. Allows for ease of sharing scripting that is working across the team.

Develop an organization strategy at the outset or your content libraries will turn into the wild west

Sequences, Templates, and analytics. Gives my reps the ability to cover much more ground

Can be buggy sometimes, I wish there was more task types. The sales process took longer than id hoped

We solved having to hire on more reps. It allows us to see what emails are working and which aren't. Really nice standardization for easy onboarding and coaching

I love the granularity in setting user permissions. The tool is relatively easy to learn for our users and does what we need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a Hubspot integration. I'd also love to have the ability to add licenses and assign them myself instead of needing to email support to do this every time.

We're using it for outbound messaging. It's great for recurring tasks and managing sequences.

Sync doesn't always happen within a few minutes. It can take up to a couple of hrs or days.
Reassigning records in Salesforce doesn't trigger an update in Outreach, and we have to do a manual update/push.
