What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy for sales and marketing to build and deploy custom content to large waves of prospects. Including tracking and dynamic content for LinkedIn has also greatly reduced the amount of time and systems we need to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is scare + needs significant improvement, help guides provide little guidance and reporting leaves something to be desired. There are also frequent, time-based sequence errors that require attention causing a bit of a hiccup in productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and tracking custom fields and custom content are simple - monitoring results are helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use templates and sniippets to automatically send emails and set up sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
How you get to today's tasks etc. the flow isn't user friendly I don't think

Contacting multiple contacts at once and managing prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, analytics, and the UI of the platform

Also, their Account Management team is excellent, and Tech Support also is very rapid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many issues with their servers. Hopefully, they will solve this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the scaling of a growing SDR team that needs to reach out to many prospects while still being personal.

As our team makes many cold outbound efforts, a tool like Outreach is essential.

Increased efficiency and oversight enables teams to get more done with same/less time resource

Some functionality is clunky and could do with optimisation - particularly regarding search functionality

Easy to keep track of all outbound SDR tasks across different channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach does what it is designed to do really well
Nothing major to complain about

Perhaps it would be better if there is an easy way to create follow-up tasks for prospects after they respond

With Outreach, I can make sure that I will consistently follow up with all my prospects

What do you like best about the product?
- Initiative and easy to use
- Fantastic reporting for management so that we can see what's working and where we need to improve
- Ability to reach contacts at scale
- Seamless integration into the other systems that we use i.e. Salesforce and Bombora
What do you dislike about the product?
- Appears to be a high turnover of account managers, so our rep keeps changing without notification

- Contacting multiple stakeholders without massive manual efforts
- Sending through highly personalised emails using variables
- Gaining great insight into the performance of our teams and sequences

The sequence designer is excellent. Salesforce integration is very reliable.

After a year I can't see any faults with the product.

Easy to build sequences
Easy to set automatic process inside the sequences
Knowledge materials
Great support
Can set a get working method for Inside sales or for any sales department during the covid period
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Salesforce, it a totally other platform and cause issues with the business who don't understand that Outreach is very limited platform comparing to Salesforce

Help Inside sales to prioritize their work and have a standard way for the entire team

be ready to invest a lot into in-house technical support staff and revenue operations, assume outreach support and CSM will not fix your problems

What do you like best about the product?
The product delivered on its core promise - helping our Sales team book more meetings with prospects while allowing them to spend more time on down-funnel value add activities. Beyond the platform, I've genuinely appreciated the collaboration with Outreach's broader team, who epitomize the "partner, not a vendor" mantra.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no significant downsides to the platform. It has delivered on promises made to the team during our evaluation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase two-way communication with Enterprise prospects and book more meetings. We have been able to realize that goal.
