What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, Templates, and analytics. Gives my reps the ability to cover much more ground
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy sometimes, I wish there was more task types. The sales process took longer than id hoped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved having to hire on more reps. It allows us to see what emails are working and which aren't. Really nice standardization for easy onboarding and coaching

What do you like best about the product?
I love the granularity in setting user permissions. The tool is relatively easy to learn for our users and does what we need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a Hubspot integration. I'd also love to have the ability to add licenses and assign them myself instead of needing to email support to do this every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for outbound messaging. It's great for recurring tasks and managing sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct sync with Salesforce
Sequencing
Activity tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync doesn't always happen within a few minutes. It can take up to a couple of hrs or days.
Reassigning records in Salesforce doesn't trigger an update in Outreach, and we have to do a manual update/push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Reps ability to create/conduct their own outreachs and follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it extremely easy to run a sales reps day out of. I like to ability to have task management, calls, & email sequencing in the same area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach's call quality can be low at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR productivity, task management, sequencing, & pipeline management. We've seen SDR performance and meetings book increase drastically

What do you like best about the product?
Managing the entire outbound and top-of-funnel lead generation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature and setting nomenclature inside the Outreach platform can often be unique to SDR work and doesn't necessarily align with other industry-standard tools like Salesforce or Hubspot. That being said, this is hardly a staller, as Outreach University and the Outreach Knowledge Base are fantastic and more than compensate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily managing all outbound email campaigns with ease of use for associated tasks for our Go-To-Market team's workflow.
High engagement and growing user base from internal teams. Even using Outreach to sync email activity with the Salesforce plugin with the Solution Engineering team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly advise having someone on your team devoted to managing the Outreach platform. Think of them as a Salesforce Admin meets Sales Engagement Manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to some at first but not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to have one source of truth for all sales activity and we now have that. Along with our integration with Dynamics, we have a clear picture of what happens at an account, contact, and opportunity level.

Not to many things, only wish I could easily look someone up even if I did not have the exact spelling or company name

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organise all prospecting efforts through one platform. Can easily get visibility into everything, as well as metrics and insights. Easier to navigate for me compared to SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more potential with using variables in a syntax type formula.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organise and scale all my prospecting efforts, but also look back on previous timeframes to reflect.
