Feature rich sales tool with unlimited functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's integrations with Salesforce and Intercom make my job so much easier for a few reasons, like transparency across Executive teams, visibility into SDR activity. What I like most about Outreach is how it empowers sales professionals to tailor a customer/potential customer's experience with our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only I don't particularly appreciate that being certified in Outreach costs money, even for their existing customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen the benefits of automating workflows in Outreach, Intercom, and Salesforce, increasing the efficiency of our Sales teams.
Great platform to automate sales outreach while being hyper personalized
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create sequences and A/B test. My team operates way more efficiently while still being able to be hyper-targeted and personalized in their outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
I should not have to reach out to support to add additional licenses. Outreach should build a feature to buy more licenses directly on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability and repeatability of sales processes. Increased activity output across the sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a no brainer. Pull the trigger - you won't regret it!

Sequences and ability to add tasks to multiple outreach channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting leaves much to be desired. I'd prefer having a way to bulk export activities and do analysis outside of the tool, vs the reporting provided

Ensuring that our outreach sequences have the right number of touches with the least amount of administrative overhead
Excellent Tool for Automation and Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
As an Admin, I like the ability to set different levels of user permissions so that some can only take actions like sequencing Prospects. In contrast, more experienced users can have additional permissions to create Sequences. But I maintain the ability to 'activate' the sequence so that there is still a review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting provided within Outreach is good, and the email sentiment is really valuable, but there is essentially no ability to customize reporting. Some fields are sent back to the Contact Record and Opportunity record so that we can do more reporting in Salesforce. Still, there is no ability to get the data that Outreach uses for the Reporting they visualize for you in the Outreach platform. As an Analyst, it is crucial for me to get to the raw data to pivot the reporting as needed, but there is no ability to do this with Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales users needed to manually log calls, emails, and meetings to Salesforce. Outreach does this for them automatically. We had no way to systematically follow up with Prospects and track engagement. Outreach automates both of these for us. We had no way to know who was opening our emails, downloading our attachments, and clicking our links. Outreach helps each rep know who is engaging with their emails.

it is sometimes hard to use and complex.

Prospect automation for both Sales and Customer Success teams. Teams use sequences to forget about unresponsive customers.
Streamlining our prospecting approach
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I seriously love the reporting capabilities to understand what types of activities are working and which resulted in additional meetings booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with our CRM are complex and require trial and error to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus primarily on using Outreach for our prospecting approach. It helps to have standardized approaches across regions and teams to optimize our buyer journey.
Outreach is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and flexibility, The team is always ready to jump on a call and give valuable tips. It works so well. I love how smooth and flawless it is. I love the new analytics dashboard a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
I almost like everything. It can get. a bit technical when you need to whitlist your domain and set up your Branded URL but IT is always happy to help. I think you can also improve supports average support ticket handling time. Although the Support is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound and Outbound sequencing. Many hours of manual work were replaced by a few sequences. We also use many sequences, it is quite flexible, intuitive, and easy to use.

It's a great tool and super easy to implement. Very easy to get on boarded.
Best platform for Sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that our sales team likes in Outreach:
- Sequences- Easy to create, clone, manage and come with options to manage the delivery timeline. Analytics built within sequences is another cool feature so you don't have to view reports for simpler stats
- Templates, Snippets: We can store multiple templates, snippets and insert them easily in emails without any complex workflows.
- Report- This is one feature which been evolving with time. Detailed reporting still needs some work to do in terms of tracking meetings, predicting revenue, etc but it's a decent enough feature to track SDR activity thru heat maps, etc.
- Tasks- Creating tasks and assigning them within the team is one feature that we like. Email notification for urgent pending tasks would be good to have.

Reports tab could be revamped with advanced data visualizations so we don't have to leave outreach for data reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized email campaigns and Account-based marketing campaigns by creating different lists of contacts and accounts and creating custom sequences.
Outreach has exponentially grown our revenue stream with the same manpower
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is modular, so I can add additional accounts per salesperson. Our outbound sales thus can grow exponentially without hiring more people. It also helps organize all of the tasks by arranging them by priority in each user's dashboard, making follow-ups a can't miss activity.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the opening of email threads can be faster, and that I can easily add or remove email aliases per account (and not have to create new accounts, when I had to change domain names). I also hope that they provide customer support working in my timezone (AUS), as they are mostly US-based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of our email campaigns was the biggest help, as we used to send out our bulk emails manually with Dynamics 365. Another gamechanger is automatically creating call tasks (and identifying high-priority ones) for our salespeople from leads who were actively engaged (opening emails and clicking on links), rather than just blindly calling 100 leads per day.
