Best automation tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless automation. Makes life easier.

it is sometimes hard to use and complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect automation for both Sales and Customer Success teams. Teams use sequences to forget about unresponsive customers.
Streamlining our prospecting approach
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I seriously love the reporting capabilities to understand what types of activities are working and which resulted in additional meetings booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with our CRM are complex and require trial and error to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus primarily on using Outreach for our prospecting approach. It helps to have standardized approaches across regions and teams to optimize our buyer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and flexibility, The team is always ready to jump on a call and give valuable tips. It works so well. I love how smooth and flawless it is. I love the new analytics dashboard a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
I almost like everything. It can get. a bit technical when you need to whitlist your domain and set up your Branded URL but IT is always happy to help. I think you can also improve supports average support ticket handling time. Although the Support is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound and Outbound sequencing. Many hours of manual work were replaced by a few sequences. We also use many sequences, it is quite flexible, intuitive, and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool and super easy to implement. Very easy to get on boarded.
Best platform for Sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that our sales team likes in Outreach:
- Sequences- Easy to create, clone, manage and come with options to manage the delivery timeline. Analytics built within sequences is another cool feature so you don't have to view reports for simpler stats
- Templates, Snippets: We can store multiple templates, snippets and insert them easily in emails without any complex workflows.
- Report- This is one feature which been evolving with time. Detailed reporting still needs some work to do in terms of tracking meetings, predicting revenue, etc but it's a decent enough feature to track SDR activity thru heat maps, etc.
- Tasks- Creating tasks and assigning them within the team is one feature that we like. Email notification for urgent pending tasks would be good to have.

Reports tab could be revamped with advanced data visualizations so we don't have to leave outreach for data reporting.

Personalized email campaigns and Account-based marketing campaigns by creating different lists of contacts and accounts and creating custom sequences.
Outreach has exponentially grown our revenue stream with the same manpower
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is modular, so I can add additional accounts per salesperson. Our outbound sales thus can grow exponentially without hiring more people. It also helps organize all of the tasks by arranging them by priority in each user's dashboard, making follow-ups a can't miss activity.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the opening of email threads can be faster, and that I can easily add or remove email aliases per account (and not have to create new accounts, when I had to change domain names). I also hope that they provide customer support working in my timezone (AUS), as they are mostly US-based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of our email campaigns was the biggest help, as we used to send out our bulk emails manually with Dynamics 365. Another gamechanger is automatically creating call tasks (and identifying high-priority ones) for our salespeople from leads who were actively engaged (opening emails and clicking on links), rather than just blindly calling 100 leads per day.

A more extensive dashboard with reporting needs to be reported for mails that are opened than the current scenario with gives only a small preview on the right-hand side of the dashboard

Saving our sellers' time, ensuring consistent messaging, continuously improve effectiveness of messaging
Couldn't Scale Sales Development Without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allowed us to operationalize our sales development strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to sync Outreach Sequences to Salesforce Campaigns so that we can report on performance in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can scale our sales org from Founder-SDR to multiple sales reps without the pain of translating shared Google Docs and Sheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, must have a technical mindset to manage integration with SFDC, if there is a change in SFDC that also needs to be made in Outreach it's not always the most intuitive to figure out on your own - upside is Outreach's support is great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Outreach allows us to scale our outbound efforts with our team of reps while being able to track/record all activity in SFDC
- Allows collabertion between teams when working on sequences together

It does all my remembering for me
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me on top of my tasks and follow-ups. I can schedule emails for in the future and remember to do tasks outside of Outreach too.
What do you dislike about the product?
No super simple option for recording videos within the software itself.

Not having to store things in spreadsheats. Ability to assign tasks to other team members.
