What do you like best about the product?
Analytics on email open, clicks, and leads generated, and phone call analytics of voicemails, referrals, leads generated, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is slow, there is functionality missing that makes it a bit clunky, and there have been a lot of issues with Voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing where our time is best spent prospecting. We can spend our time more efficiently in generating leads for the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything - organized workflows, call recording, email open rates, team statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you've begun using the tool, it's challenging to "restart" - we've been working with Outreach 2+ years and have grown/changed a lot as an organization and I wish there were better ways we can re-orient the tool or be supported by outreach professional services to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales development organization exists on outreach! So all of the benefits of a well organized sales dev team have been found
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time on the implementation! It can be cumbersome, but you will be grateful that you've set the tool up well months and years later.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the high-level reporting that gives you good visibility on KPIs to drive the success of the team. IF you need more, they have integration to most BI/analytics tools to go deeper into your analysis and join the data with other sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to talk to sales/support to buy additional licenses, adding mailbox. This slows you down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting to accounts that visit our website. With Clearbit Reveal, we route every account that visits our website and adds to queues in Outreach for the team to reach out to prospects. Outreach Workflow makes it super easy to alert the teams they have new leads

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and easily customize emails to prospects using sequences and bulk compose features.

Using Outreach.io as a sales training tool by being able to listen in on calls from my reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our business model it's all about working the Account, not the Prospect, so it would be nice to have Outreach.io set up to work that way when synced to salesforce.com, rather the stages would go through account level AND the Prospect level.

It would be nice if tag's we were able to sync with SFDC, and you're able to filter by the tags created in SFDC. Notes syncing to SFDC is something I've longed for as well.
Opportunity creation in Outreach.io is clunkly IMO and we still use SFDC to track revenue and targets, more specifically because the opportunity is tied to the account and not the prospect in our instance.

It would be nice to have more reporting functionality as an admin of the system, which does seem to be improving significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach is tough to consistently reach out to target prospects without a system like Outreach.io in place. It allows our sales team to work efficiently using sequences in order to open opportunities for our reps to then drive real ROI to our quota attainment. Outreach.io still allows for a personal connection to the prospect without the email feeling generic, as well as a slough of other touch points critical to breaking down walls of industry exectuives.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create sequences with as much control as you want over them, with steps for all kinds of touches (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
Reporting to easily see how team is performing, which sequences are working the best, etc. makes it easier to determine and implement the highest performing sequences.
Outreach Support is available to answer any questions or issues you're having.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to see which specific links were clicked in an email if there's more than one link.
Trying to not go over the API calls limit when first setting Outreach up was difficult and caused unexpected issues during the first week of troubleshooting.
I wish there was a way to choose exact time periods you want in reports since you can't go back more than a month usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an automated tool to sequence prospects in, reducing the need to manually email everyone and then remember to follow up.
Getting more detailed insights into how sequences are performing and even individuals.

Clean up and organise your professional life with Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with various systems in a seamless manner, tracking emails, clicks, opens and reply rates. It also provides ease of use when checking other peoples calendars to ensure you don't double book. It takes a lot of menial tasks and automates them, so you have Outreach as a constant reminder to prospect, follow up and interact with your clients/customers. It is visually appealing and easy to understand and interpret the data that you are obtaining. Our customer success manager is a wonderful addition, providing us with the necessary resources to ensure high performance and provide a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ensure that you are set up correctly when this is established within your own organisation. Build a framework of who has access to what, and ease those restrictions at a later date. Sometimes plugins can be a bit of a tedious process, but other than that, its very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. the ability to automate numerous tasks with a click of a button
2. Consolidate information through sequences to understand what performs well, and where communication can be improved
3. Generate insights through reports and analytics
4. Understand which personas you are communicating with most and how your messaging resonates
5. standardise this across the organisation

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables me to scale processes and better enable my team. From providing a framework to build sequences, automating pieces of work through triggers, or the integrations to all the platforms my team uses, Outreach is a must-have for any modern sales development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of the platform. Outreach as I mentioned provides a great base, but for those such as myself looking to make things more sophisticated, it can be a little rigid. For example, triggers can be a little limited in what they can do. I also hate that you can move steps in a sequence via a click and drag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a place for my team to work, manage their day, and efficiently execute their task.

Ability to automate prospecting sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequence options could be easier to use and build from a user perspective. Also, being able to send in prospects time-zones is a key feature I do not see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity gains
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a good sequencing tool once your team is trained and using the product correctly. I would strongly recommend the browser plug-ins.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has the simplest and most reliable workflow for outbound prospecting out of all of the tools I've implemented in the last few years. Training and enabling the team to utilized personalized outbound strategies has been a breeze, and my users love using the tool. The strongest pieces for me have been the flexibility around the SFDC integration and the ability to utilize triggers to manipulate data before it hits our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside has always been with inconsistencies in data that is available in SFDC at Outreach, which is sometimes difficult to diagnose. Outreach support is very helpful though and I'm usually able to find a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two most significant areas we can solve is the challenge of prospecting at scale and personalized account-based selling. We've seen our team expand their capabilities in both areas through the use of the tool.
