Makes my life much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's Trigger feature is my favorite. I've got all kinds of automation rules set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have the ability to send emails from multiple users in the same cadence. For instance, if I could have Steps 1 and 2 be an email from John, but then Step 3 in that campaign is an email from Terry, that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built an incredibly scaled automated email system with Outreach. We have over 700 emails per day being sent on our employees' behalves, and they only have to deal with the responses.

It's worth the price.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding prospects into to sales cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a better name search function. If I am off by one letter, the client is not found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to add efficient process to the sales follow-up program. Being able to have access to the activity of all of my sales staff in one centralized location has improved my personal effiicency

What do you like best about the product?
Core functionality - the sequencing and template capabilities are clear and explainable once you understand some of the underlying pieces (ex: Schedules). Applied AI in some interesting places (response sentiment). Invested in developing additional capabilities in a cogent way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Core sequencing / email hasn't changed in a while. I would like better template integration into the workflow. For example, an ability to inject messaging based on persona rather than needing to build separate sequences. In general, a way to cut down on Sequences being created and Sequence management would be nice...
Additionally, better reporting; very fragile reporting which doesn't really show you what you want to see out of the box, with very little ability to customize.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Classic sales engagement. Sales Outbound is our primary channel for prospect engagement, so Outreach is the main platform we use to enhance that. We've looked at some of the additional features (dialers, transcription via KAia, deal review) but haven't found enough there yet to invest.

What do you like best about the product?
I should preface upfront I am not a daily user; I am an admin. I like now a blended like of the product features sequencing, multi touchpoints within a sequence(social, email/tactical etc), tracking, to the admin setting back end of the house. It could be because I am very comfortable with the UI since I have used the product through many different roles and iterations of products, but it makes sense to me logically.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is the automation features and syncing issues. For example, custom triggers, understanding if they have run, trying to trace back and understand some of the steps, why or why a potential customer is dropped into a sequence that has an overlaying automation trigger where they should have been. On top of that, I have had an ongoing issue with updates in and out of SFDC; I am constantly finding myself force pushing updates out to SFDC on meetings set in outreach back into events in SFDC. I have reviewed it with support, and that the discovery process is always the same. When having goals ties to meetings set, had, or ghosted and those are driven by AE's booking meetings from their email synced with Outreach, we are left not to trust the system, data, or me as the admin to make sure it's adequately integrated, so that is a big bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multi-touch, threaded communication between our Account Executives and sdrs and Potential customers. Outreach allows us to do all of our prospecting in one system; with the integrations with gift programs, Social platforms, and others as an Admin, I can put steps for them to complete the task directly within outreach. Outreach saves our users many manual steps when sending emails that require personalization from details that already in our database—having the ability to run warm touch customized top of funnel programs and 1:1 off the cuff emails all while being tracked with our CRM/SFDC is key to our user's productivity and prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Outreach since Outreach became Outreach. The product has evolved to keep up with the changing world of sales enablement and automation. Their support is top-notch and their constant flow of helpful content for individual users and sales leaders has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is rough. Always has been, so at least Outreach is consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to manage the huge number of leads we communicate with, both on the Sales side and the Customer Success side. Being able to message dozens of leads with a simple mouse click is a game-changer.

I like how you can create sequences for the teams and I can see who opened emails and get all kinds of metrics

There is nothing I really dislike, maybe allow for more robust reporting

OUtreach solves the majority of our SDR problems when it comes to prospecting, centralized email to with metrics is key to running a bdr org
Outreach is a great program! Super helpful support team that are very responsive.

Easy mappings for system integrations, and ease of use for reporting.

It can be a bit difficult to navigate, and reporting could be done more effectively.

We needed an "outreach" platform to make sure that reps were having tasks noted.
I've been an avid outreach user for years and will continue to be.

What do you like best about the product?
The account support and onboarding processes have been terrific. This has not been the case with comparable vendors. Through this strong service, we are picking up tips and tricks on how to save our team time and learn from what is working and what is not. Our account team shares their personal experiences using the tool and how they use it to make their lives easier, which is then directly applicable to our workflows.
Additionally, the tool itself is intuitive with simple functionality to help build and manage Sequences. Even reps and managers who are less tech-savvy can pick up the ropes quickly and understand the platform. The interface is user friendly and allows both reps and managers to access analytics and content

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the tool has so much functionality and analytics, it is easy to get lost in the platform. With dozens of end-users creating and siloing content, managing the platform is a full-time job. Even with dedicated account support from Outreach, there is a big challenge in getting to an optimal state internally. We do not have a dedicated sales enablement individual, and without that we cannot maximize our platform usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping us on numerous fronts, and we anticipate it can help us in more. Right now we are using Outreach to help our sales team become more organized and not let items slip through the cracks by utilizing their task system. We are in the process of automating repetitive content tasks to save our team time and make us more efficient. We are also working Outreach into our enterprise sales process to help us engage with more stakeholders and move deals along. Our 1:1 coaching has been improved by utilizing Outreach to narrow down on successful pitch scheduling and objections to help reps see at an individual level what is and is not working for them. Next step is to use Outreach to identify the content and messaging that resonates with our buyers at a high level, and we anticipate the analytics will be very helpful there
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to potential users of Outreach is to have dedicated resources and a team to help manage the rollout. If done thoughtfully, you can build an efficient content approach for your team with a high ROI. Even without a dedicated team, you will see results, but understand that building content, managing that content, and interpreting analytics is a significant effort.

The UI is straightforward to navigate and the integrations to Chrome and SFDC are great.

After completing steps, you must refresh the sequence so it shows you the most updated actions.

We are able to make our outbound sales process much more efficient and streamlined. We take massive amounts of data we learn from and apply that to future outreach methods.
