Outreach is the best Sales OS for SaaS sellers
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a single pane of glass for sales - it's not just an incredible automation platform for emails (it is that) but it's incredible for pipeline management by using it's custom task creation and prioritization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform can sometimes feel sluggish, but there's a lot of data going in and out so it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to maximize close rates on deals and generate more pipeline. Not necessarily in that order.
Outreach is Great for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my activities is in one area where I can look through each one. I use it all of the time, 24/7 and there are so many great features. I love that you can edit contacts and have it integrate with Salesforce. It is so easy to implement new processes here.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it sometimes freezes but it is still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve communication barriers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular except that as a user I don't have the control to customise it, however, its a great tool altogether

The tool helps me solves my needs for the end-to-end sales cycle.

most difficult thing to understand are the insights, data and analytics behind all the information

Tracking the sales pipleine and engagement on both a prospect and account level
Terrible renewal policy and billing
What do you like best about the product?
OK product with campaigns and A/B testing in 2020 but there are a dozen offerings providing similar features for much lower costs or even free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I emailed the team to cancel my renewal as I moved off of the system. Instead, the billing team ignored my email for 2 weeks, sent me the renwal notice, and charged my credit card.
I've contacted billing, support, and renewals 6 times in the last 3 weeks and was notified that they would do nothing about it and the team was "resolute in their determination". Ignoring my cancellation and charging seems like an awful, manipulative way to boost sales.

Sending outbound emails to prospects
Very functional and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is. It seems to make sense in terms of workflow, how to organize your accounts/prospects, and is easy to find things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they changed the reporting dashboards. The old weekly boards with customizability for days, weeks, users, etc. were very handy but they changed it so it was only a daily report with minimal customizability.

A platform to contact prospects at scale. Organize and automate many daily tasks like calling, emailing, and linkedin messaging
Simple, Intuitive & Impactful
What do you like best about the product?
From its simple setup on the admin side, to the ease of use for reps, and control it gives to standarization (all while leaving room for creativity and testing), is unmatched! I just had a question for support and they responded and had it solved within 10 minutes. Game changers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Love Outreach, nothing bad to say about this platform.

Open rates, reply rates, clickthrough rates, call durations, you name it!
Nice Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a lot of functions and covers almost everything you need for sales. Support is fairly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly. Extension doesn't work together with Salesforce. Everything is in random places and hard to navigate daily task and sequences. Can't get LinkedIn to work properly in the extension. Missing our old platform.

Outreach Integration Team is GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a GREAT tool to help sales teams ensure that each of their prospects is worked in a consistent way. It is critical that each prospect get followed up with consistently and Outreach helps sales people create a process to ensure that each prospect follows the same path. We ( PhoneBurner ) recently built an integration with the Outreach system to help our mutual customers get their calls done fast and the Outreach integration team was instrumental in helping us get the app up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here at this time. the system has been simple to set up and configure. The support team is quick to respond.We have been using the system to create an integration between Outreach and PhoneBurner and as well as Salesforce and the data sync with Salesforce is quick and easy and the dev tools and documentation to allow us to add PhoneBurner functionality to the system was straight forward.

creates a simple-to-follow process for each rep and their leads so that each lead is worked consistently
Easy to use, Intuitive, everything I need in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is that it puts all the functions I need on one page. Whether it is making calls, sending messages through email, or via LinkedIn, Outreach allows me to customize cadences in an easy way that allow for multiple ways to reach out and that get me responses quickly. I don't need to have a bunch of different apps open at once to do my job, I just have Outreach opened and I'm off to the races.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is that I get random incoming calls. Some are spam, but others are from people who I assume have used that dialer number before. Some may be from people who say they received a call from this number earlier in the day, but they aren't anyone I called. Others are from doctors offices confirming appts for patients. I don't know how or why those calls come in to me. But that's a minor gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me come up with customized cadences that allow me to reach out to customers in a variety of manners. The cadences are easy to customize, easy to execute, and yield quick responses.
